If dirty I Just need to rinse or brush off the eggs only leaving the bloom as much as possible ? I don’t have to use a wash technique or float them before cooking it with the instant pot ??

You don't really need to worry about removing the bloom if you're going to cook the eggs right away. Generally, I just rinse the eggs. If mud or poop is stuck to them, you can scrub them with a brush.
