Can we give some love to the conductor? This is probably the most adrenaline filled thing he's done in atleast 40 years and he did it no problem. What a freaking legend!
Thanks so much for this great reaction, i was on this concert, row 3 and there is nothing like it...having a metal band that you love (Skálmöld) and about 250 people playing with them (symphony orchestra of Iceland, men's choir of Reykjavík , Kammer Choir Hymnodia and Children's choir Kársnessskóli) The power and sound coming from the stage was overwhelming at times :)
Actually Hel is also a legendary being from Norse mythology and she rules over a realm that is also called Hel. You should also check out Kvaðning from the same concert. It's great!

The whole show is amazing... as an aside, the conductor throws up devil horns when he comes out

This show is impressive, I really liked the lady singing her part in this song 🙂
Doppeldropper it was so cool
She was lead singer and guitarist for Angist
Skalmöld is absolutely awesome, saw them as an supporting act back in 2014, one of the best live experiences in my life

Hel is Loki's daughter
I was in the room that day. As amazing as the video is, it doesn't come close to capturing how epic this was to experience.
Nothing to say cause of skalmöld......thanks for😃😃
You should also watch Árás by them too!
Hel is both a person and a place, a lot of ancient religions have confusing things like that.
You guys dont understand, she is representing Hel herself. the one true goddess of death.
Funny to see that you have no clue what the text is about,,,
So how much did you pay to be on the top of the search results, and how happy are with having only 12 comments?
