I made this today! I had to use rough conversions since I don't have a kitchen scale but it still came out really good!
I put a little extra cocoa because I like my chocolate bitter and it came out rich and wonderful.
My parents loved it too and I can't wait to make it for my friends as well!

Hey yall! I made this recipe and if you're looking for tips, I recommend to add a little more sweetened condensed milk (maybe like 30 grams more?) because this is a lot of cocoa powder and that made my first batch have a slightly bittersweet, rich chocolaty taste. Really, it just all depends on what you want it to taste like.
Personally, I was trying to recreate the typical American store-bought sweet ice cream, and by adding more of the sweetened condensed milk I did, almost.
It has more of a mousse flavor and it is VERY hard to scoop, it is more like something you cut/bite into and it comes off.
At least, that's my experience!

Mine turned into a grey color instead of brown
I added the same amount of condensed milk and whipoing cream, whisked untill I git the right consistency, but somehow the color did not match when I mixed in the Cocoa powder

1. Melt chocolate
2. Add a can of evaporated milk
3. Mix until smooth??
4. Freeze for about 45 or 50 minutes so its a bit soft (or 1 hour and wait for it to be soft)
5. EATTTTT
if you gonna do this when you are a kid, go ask your parent to help you (well, i wish they accept it)

I tried it and it’s exactly like the video says, I needed about 8 minutes for the whipping cream and for freezing after 3 hours it was really nice and soft, very delicious 😋 (freeze for 6 hours to make it hard ice cream)

It kind of scares me-
Whenever he opens the fridge the ingredients he needs are right there. When he looks out his windows he always sees something new, like an empty city street or an open field sometimes an icy mountain range but when he opens the door to escape there's nothing but a brick wall. When he first woke up in this hell scape he had that mask on and found himself unable to take it off no matter the struggle. His attempts at suicide proved fruitless as his skin was impenetrable and that cursed mask provided him oxygen, he once attempted to starve himself but didn't manage to loose a pound after 3 months but gave in quickly after as cooking was all he had to keep him sane. The cat was a mystery to him looked exactly like his cat from home and even acted the same, regardless he knew that this creature was not his cat in fact he feared that this creature wasn't actually a cat at all. The cat just had a off feeling that it would carry like a hunter proudly dragging his prey home to feed his family but he was the prey. Sometimes the cat would disappear for days at a time returning on what seemed to be a whim. He had attempted to follow the cat to find out how it was leaving and where it was going but he always somehow got distracted right before it vanished. Sometimes he would smell burning food, or hear a large bang as if something fell, the only door opening, then the creature would be gone even if he looked away for second even if it was in the center of the living room. He was scared, he had every right to be scared as if his calculations were correct he had been there for 80 years and not aged a day.

Batter tiene varios significados, cuando es comida se suele usar para una masa ligera, una masa semi-liquida como la de los panqueques o rebozado de tempura, bizcochos etc... ha de llevar harina y debe ser algo que se cocina con calor u hornea, no se pq ha usado esa palabra para definir la mezcla de crema resultante para el helado, pero sin duda no es batter
