Okay so, usually “actors fall in love” is one of my least favourite premises and I have no interest in Christmas, but this was supremely fun and I really enjoyed it! The whole production looks so good and the characters were so charming. Really hope to see the full show someday ☺️

Thank you so much for this fantastic short! The entire film was only about 12 minutes long, but it did such a great job of conveying the story! The chemistry between Kai and Evan was unbelievable! Alfred and David (Kai/Evan) were great together. I hope we get to see more of them together! Even if it is only a couple of episodes. This short was extremely high quality! I am glad I found it!
Singaporean BL took the 1st spot in my heart for BL movies now. It still have the tender, gentle, fluttering feelings of Asian webdrama but it's in English. And I understand the joke OMG.

I feel like Summerdaze becomes a typical BL project where two actors have to work together, instead of a story of two best friends simply falling in love with each other, the story we discovered & loved for its beautifully portrayed simplicity which is the core soul of the story. Anyway, I still love & support David & Alfred. I just wish the people behind this project would understand the beauty of Summerdaze.
Also this film ain’t directed by the same director who did the other film that started summerdaze. Writers who wrote this and the other are probably different too.

Summerdaze should be in the same category of projects like I Told Sunset About You, Your Name Engraved Herein & Call Me By Your Name.
