    U are my inspiration to migrate to Canada. My release from army is next month after short service and I am watching ur videos from 2020 and I learnt a lot. I did my ECA, got 7.5 in IELTS academic now preparing for IELTS general ( as I am a nurse I need both). Ur videos gave us lots of information regarding Canada immigration and able to do everything without agent. Me and my husband (who is a Tech worker) able to prepare ourselves to leave our full time job and migrate without any agent. Ur strategies really helped us a lot. May god bless you. And please make such videos in future. You both are doing a wonderful job…😊

    Nav, it's thrilling to witness your rise from back then...good on you! We landed in CA 5 years ago and I have been doing very well up until now with RE down to the dumps. Some FOMO decisions there but now with the market gone to shit, I feel more hopeless than I sound, lol! So if its not asking too much, I'd really like to get on a call with you for a candid chat. Quite frankly, I'm not expecting solutions off the bat, but anxious for a convo with a trained ear. I hope you're able to carve off some time. Cheers!

    I loved your video. I have seen so many side hustle videos but it's hard to believe them. I liked your honesty and how you talked about the coaching to be underrated. I have never spent money on it. I think I was always biased against it thinking they are some money making gimmicks. Good to hear they actually help. How do you find genuine ones though?
    I also related to the career related journey but I am so impressed that you turned it around so quickly for yourself. (I have been here for so long and haven't been able to). This is really inspiring! I watch all these videos but don't know where to start. I am too shy to have an online presence.

      @growwithnav  Рік тому +1

      Thank you :)
      Actually it’s hit and miss a lot of times. What I have learnt is that you can start with following the coach on social media and then see if they have a program you can enrol in. If they are providing so much free value, the value of their paid content will usually be at the next level.
      Also, need to be clear on what you are looking for in a coach - like for me, it’s about learning realestate - both Canada and US. It’s also about learning how to build a service based business - so I will have coaches and mentors for that.

    You earned less in all those positions. In Canada, you can make CAD 150k - 200k per year at bottom of the chain in 3-5 years.
    Mortgages are not going to be same every year. The cheap money that Canadian banks have foolishly printed during covid have made mortgage and real estate brokers millionaires. Not going to happen going forward.
    However, I love your hustling nature. You’re always trying to grow. Kudos. Most of us after making enough money get settled down, have babies etc.
