I'm Welsh and I have gone to England games to support them against other teams. Granted we see them as rivals but I would still support them when we are out.
@1909alex Thankyou for your kind comments! Did you know that the majority of England fans went on to support Germany in 2006 world cup after England were knocked out! The reason for that is Germany played fairly and with attacking style! Germany is much respected now by English fans! Regards and respect to you!

England's club fans are now where near as good as most countries. Even though it pains me to say it, Germany's fans/ultras are very impressive. Safe standing is the way forward! BUT I know that England have the best international team support in the world and we have prooven it time and time again. Only team that has the same passion is Scotland but they rarely get to major tournements.
