square gardens Manchester

The Square gardens. On the rooftops you can see the gardens high above the city. I love this set of buildings. The whole of Manchester is looking very good, the mix of old and new. I know some people hate it. But when a company is looking to invest in an area, and they see an expensive looking well developed area, they will choose that over a scruffy run down place. We can compete with London or any other big city in the world.

It is a fabulous building to video etc. I must go after dark. Look at the gardens on the rooftops, tons of soil ready to seed with grass. It's will look great when it's finished. The big tower is over 400 feet.

Square Gardens is one of the most aesthetically pleasing developments. Mcr is going through a phenomenal change, much-needed.
The green building next door, 5, First Street is underway. The Government as part of Levelling Up is moving staff from Whitehall. His Majesty's Treasury has an office in Darlington. Mcr is a big recipient too. 5, First Street is one example, being built for the Government. Another development is the old Central Retail Park site on Great Ancoats Street which is going to be a Digital and Data Centre for the Civil Service.
