Pulling the double coke cans in and out under a coil is about as pointless as swinging the coil 12in above the ground. The only tests that matter are those that simulate the action of looking for gold. Low and slow with the target in a fixed position.
wendel Hose I talked to minelab directly and asked them as I use a gold monster 1000 As my vlf if the equinox 800 in prospecting mode will be close to it and they said yes same tecnoligy just Better discrim and a kick arse relic machine so think I'll be getting one sounds like could be awsome all rounder they also said about April for release
Awsome .. can tell you my modified 4500 is amazing nothing can touch it on depth and how quiet it runs hardly affected by emi now have found gold in places I've hammerd with my standed 5000 and sdc I know you cop some stick over the mods but the proof in using one can't rate it enough

i know the equinox will not be a true gold hunting machine but i would love 2 hear your thoughts on it.looks good for a relic hunter ?

Why we looking at testing on cans or lead .. how about the proper test using gold 🙄
Because a can sized bit of Gold would be $80,000 and its not good to carry large value around.
