another great deathmatch meme junkrat strat is putting a trap and mine on a healthpack, standing in the corner near the healthpack. Once they trigger the trap, you explode the mine, throw in another mine, and spam three shots, they instantly die, and your cooldowns are immediately off, allowing you to reset the trap. I call it the "Grab 'em and Whack 'em" strat.
Using symmetra is fun. You can place her turrets at the top of the bounce pads. She also does a lot of damage but her ult can be easily destroyed. There are a few areas to hide it though.
