Certain NPCs can be forced onto a platform if you glue them together under them. Other NPCs are permanently tethered to the ground in the code and can't be picked up in this way. Even further, some NPCs like Purah can be picked up but only if they are in a moving state (like when Purah moves under the awning when it rains)

You can buy zonaite things by turning in the crystalized charges after filling your batteries completely. Including large batteries.
