Agree 1000%. I grew up in the 80s and 90s and I remember the rise of computers. When dos was dominant, if you were knew how to work a computer, you were smart. I would play around with it and it was much harder remembering command line commands. It wasn't for everybody. Now with smartphones, they're smarter and dumbing down the human race. Supposed to make life easier, but it's disconnecting everyone socially and making it less challenging to accomplish simple tasks (just Google it) we didn't have Google. Or smartphones to Google with.
The subject matter is so appropriate for this generation. I've heard other songs of hers more recently and they're all so emotional. This one really fits the generation. All young people her age should hear this. 😀

I know right. I have no working cell phone on purpose for many reasons. Having that distraction is no good for Any Kind of Family Life .
