Amazing. A 15 minute video about VISIBILITY and not one single person wearing high-vis clothing. My personal favourite is the guy at 10:30 wearing a sandy-brown jacket to really stand out against the brown, sandy rocks.

@@thatguycarmine1 It doesn't matter what the rules are. If you're making a video about being visible and it doesn't include even the most basic steps to make oneself visible, you're missing the point.

@@thatguycarmine1 Allow me to clarify. My point has nothing to do with rules. Clearly the rules did not require high-vis at the time and location where the video was shot, because nobody was wearing it. But it is still ridiculous that there were a bunch of people who were so concerned about workers being visible that they made a 15-minute video about it, but yet didn't insist on people wearing high-vis.
