    I usually like to mix 2/5 of a glass of almond milk with the other 3/5 containing dairy milk. Almond milk has more calcium and vitamins and antioxidants, while dairy milk has the electrolytes, minerals, and protein. Dairy milk is also high in HDL (good) cholesterol. By mixing 2/5 almond milk to 3/5 dairy milk, I get pretty much all my essential vitamins and minerals, plus the electrolytes, plus the protein and macros from lactose and fats. The only thing it really lacks is fiber, which you can get from leafy greens, broccoli, and beans.
