How to Mince Garlic - Fast and with a Knife - Warren Nash

I love garlic and use it in so many of my recipes. Here’s my really quick video demonstrating how to mince garlic cloves nice and fast, using a knife.
It really helps to have a large knife that’s nice and sharp. This will help to peel and cut a fresh garlic clove. Remember to curl your fingers so you don’t hurt yourself.

The whole thing is called a bulb of garlic, each segment is a clove.
