Beaver is quite common to eat in northern alberta Canada among the native people :)Beaver tail soup is good!
Its very different. It's not like a gross type fat. Something more full. More meaty texture to it.
It's amazing all the different kind of food we find in different cultures !

Well the best method is definitely on the Grill. Gets the skins real loose and easy to cut.

Beaver tail is just fat and they are full of energy but they are really good durning the winter outdoors
