    Beaver tails are pure fat that's why the mountain men ate them so they could get the nutrition or protein or some crap that they needed

    Beaver is quite common to eat in northern alberta Canada among the native people :)Beaver tail soup is good!

    Its very different. It's not like a gross type fat. Something more full. More meaty texture to it.

    looks good. funny thing is that beaver tail was quite common during the fur trade and westward expansion. you gotta cook up the bobcat or coyote soon and show us. :D

    but you could fool somone into thinking its was fish but it would be harder to do that because fish bones are way smaller also it could just look like roasted pork or ham

    Well the best method is definitely on the Grill. Gets the skins real loose and easy to cut.
