Buffalo City

On the mainland of Dare County all that remains is some railroad track and a few old bricks, from what once was a logging town with over a thousand residents, their homes, a general store, a school, a church and a lumber mill. Before it disappeared in into the forest, it also became known as the moonshine capitol of North Carolina.
