I remember this one, a really good anime (imo) that never got the S2 that it deserved. Also they REALLY rushed through the 1st several chapters in the manga to get to where this Ep. ended.
I saw this show forever ago and....I didn't like it. I love Mecha but the characters and story just didn't do it for me. Some positives for me is that the mech designs were pretty good for the most part, somewhat decent action but that's it for me. I hope your viewing experience is better than mine was, hopefully you'll see something in this show I just couldn't.
