    Thanks Angela! Started my cleaning business 6 months ago I have 1 permanent cleaner and a couple floaters when needed.
    I have yet to pay myself a dime, lets be honest we are all in this for the money-but you have to give your business enough time to have legs.

    Never hire friends or family. It becomes a bad mix sooner or later. Hire only when YOU cannot take on any more clients. That is what's called the stage of growing pains, which is a great place to be.

    When my employee worked for people, some customers offered her to work for them hush hush, so I wouldn't know, paying her twice less money, .only her share That's how I stopped hiring anyone, .

    What do you mean when you say book out your schedule and then hire .... Do you mean booked for a week out or month out then hire ?

    • @AskAngelaBrown
      @AskAngelaBrown  4 роки тому +5

      Hi Norita, Sorry for the slang. Book out means when your calendar is full with recurring clients. Your recurring clients will fall into the same time slots every week or every other week. When your calendar is full and you don't have more room for customers, then you hire others to help you.
