Sir wasn't it good to bring already prepared cutted pieces bricks from the market in order to prevent wastage or the wasted bricks are bcz of other reason?

Great.. First of all too many Osha violations :) Secondly is it economically good to have basement in Pakistan? Did they use any vibrator while pouring concrete for retaining wall? last one is the septic tank inside the basement or its separate? how they gonna clean it (is all the waste gonna collect there? or just basement's?)
Here in Pakistan you know everything is possible :P, they did follow the rules and regulations of DHA which are comparatively better because they come and visit the house under construction to see if there are any violations. They should have used vibrator while poring because the wall is long and thickness is less. I dont know whether they used or not. Basement is good for the hot weather in Pakistan. Also people like to have it. If we talk about the cost, yes it costs more than making a storey above. Septic Tank is separate. For cleaning one has to hire someone to go inside and clean it manually.

Designer is cheez ko zehan me rakh k thori si thickness berha daita hai design me usko pata hota hai k field me aisa karna hai logon ne.
One more question: Here in New York our sewerage system is 30-40 for below the road level. What if there is heavy rain (In Lahore) and light go off. For my understanding all water will go to septic tank as there is patio area at the side of house(which they left for light and air purpose) so where all the rain water will go? They have to pump it out? Or what?
Spetic tanks are usually connected to the main sewerage line. As the solid sewage is left inside the tank and only liquids go to the sewers. Yes they will have to pump that out off course because i dont see any other option here.
Also here the sewers used for rain water are the same ones used for sewage and in Network i think separate sewers are placed for rain water.

Exaclty this is what is happing to my relatives all the time when heavy rain came their basement filled with water because of power off the electricity but in summer they enjoyed it well and avoid heavy electricity bills so ..

@@MIqbal-dd8ni I am adding some videos related to a 2 kanal house construction. In that 2 columns for porch come out from basement raft. Will upload more videos. in general RCC is costly as compared to a brick structure
@@MIqbal-dd8ni Basement RCC is 2100 per sft brickwork is 1300 sft these days plus minus. So you can see the difference in price.
