San Francisco is one of the wealthiest places in the United Sates. The homeless live in tents not buildings.
Pretty upbeat compared to the UK 🇬🇧
😅 Russia is still worse bro
This gives me S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat vibes
Got stunlocked in the school yesterday
Your hat is beautiful.
Awesome you are a cowboy
Andare in russia post sovietica con un cappello air jordan, non ha prezzo

Isn't heating expensive?
"Tixi" maximum cold city russia
when you go outside the main cities, Ruzzia is very depressing. And getting worse by the day. Thanks for showing amici. Sad.
The caption is false. No town is the most depressing when Dave is in it.
Dave is great but I wish he would spontaneously talk to more locals like Bald and Bankrupt, I'm sure it would help his channel grow.
There is a lot of silly drama with Bald and Bankrupt. He is very popular and would probably help Dave's channel a lot. But, I don't think Dave needs to add other people's drama to his channel. I think Dave should be unique and create his own path. Just my own opinion. @@wrath231
I agree with that comment. It does get pretty interesting when he can communicate more with the random locals 🎉💌
its beautiful, not depressing
Нет, это ужасно
I get hyped every time when bro uploads a new video! Amazing!
The city’s arctic location doesn’t make it depressing at all the way you emphasize it. There’s so many remote arctic places that are beautiful and some of the best places to live
This doesn't look depressing for me it's fascinating and the kind of places i want to visit
8:00 Well, they did demolish the abandoned houses in Алыкель (Alykel) near Norilsk when Vaga Bond went there last year, so I'm guessing they would think of doing the same in Vorkuta if the climate improves and there's a potential re-population taking place there.
16:00 sad that you didn't film how that building looks inside. It isn't complitely abandoned. Out of 341 apartments, 30 are still occupied.
Locals call it the Kitaiskaya Stena (Chinese Wall) and it is the scariest apartment building in Vorkuta. People are living in terrible conditions there.
What kind of conditions?
Добрый день. Столько мифов я не слышал давно. Ничего страшного я не увидел, а скоро 10000 украинцев приедут и отстроят Воркуту
Beware fresh spawns in Vorkuta. Especially when cooking and getting the heat buff in the school gym. However the rooftops of the apartment blocks are good spots to find starter rifles and hunting scopes.
Imagine being a Dayz player 😂
ONLY GOOD TO SPEAK TO HIM IN ENGLISH COZ HE RARELY HAS CHANCE TO USE IT
It was definitely cute and heartwarming seeing the young receptionist's face - as well as him speaking English and you replying in Russia. Both get some practice haha
Looks better than the UK., when can I go, plenty of places to stay : ) X
Rent must be dirt cheap there. Dave, next time you hit Vorkuta, can you try to talk to more locals about their experience living there?
rent is free - welcome ))
This is the Russia Tucker Carlson should have seen
i luv voekuta
On the other side of the polar Urals is the Kharp ("northern lights") prison, where the leader of the Russian opposition recently died
There is no such thing as a single russian opposition with one leader.
you mean a traitor, agent paid by CIA who broke Russian's law
Cool story …
Vorkuta is a good metaphor for all of Russia.
I saw your original video a few years ago when I started taking an interest in Russia
Every cloud has a silver lining. The most depressing thing to me would be the long dark days of winter. 👍👍 video Dave!
Yep. That little amount of natural light exposure can't be good for the psyche and circadian rhythm if one were to live there for more than a week or so.
@@thegreatujo that's not a huge problem. When u live north, lack of light ain't not a problem, when u get used to it. But vorkuta as other gulag towns, they have some harsh history and those towns have very limited services.
You must be having some Russian roots or lived in Russia for a very long time, Russian Language is one of the hardest languages on Earth to comprehend or learn.
This is good to know. However, I myself have learned phrases and words. During the past year just watching movies, tv shows and the soldiers videos. It also helps that I have a friend who I look forward to meeting once everything is kosher again. It takes a heart to understand and ❤ Russia in this way. If you don't have that, likely it will be hard to understand or sincerely care to 🔥✌
Wonderful and I am following you on IG now@! Keep 'em coming!
Great videos! Love watching…nostalgic and creepy all in one 👍🏼 - thanks for posting.
Mh, I wouldn't love to live there, but the cheap apartments(but I guess that this buildings aren't exactly renovated like in the city center) have a river view? If you would renovate it inside, it would be a very nice vacation home :)
It's looking better than it did 2 years ago. Karosho Vorkuta 😊
The abandoned buildings like last time are still abandoned.
Glory to all people against war and fascism. Glory to real Bravery.
As bad as it seems, life must be worse in Norilsk. At least Vorkuta has fresh air and quietness. Norilsk has factories spewing out tonnes of noxious gases into the surrounds. I wouldn't live in Norilsk if you paid me big money. Vorkuta is depressing when the sun doesn't rise, and when it drops to -30 or lower... but I wouldn't mind it for a week in the summer, providing it was free of petty crime, of course.
😢😢😢😢😢😢
What would have happened had the hotel been full?
Don't think there's a braver UA-cam host than Dave!
Vorkuta cemetery has a priest buried, killed in 1953 prisoners uprising
Brilliant Video Once Again from the Legend!! Spasiba
I realise I don‘t live there, but I don‘t find this depressing. The landscape is stunning, summer and winter. I would love to visit there.
I can see how your life is so shallow and boring. World-traveling UA-camrs who talk about how travel has changed their lives tend to only discuss superficial topics, no matter which country they visit. It seems we can only watch videos from these action-oriented, introverted travelers.
Average Canada Home price $467k USD, Average US Home price $350k USD.
BALD would love this city ::wink wink:: ya know what I mean xaxaxaxa
I look forward to your new videos so much! Plz dont stop making them
what a fantastic video so interesting great presentation bro
It may be hazardous to watch lol if you aren't a fan of Russia itself❗❗🔥✌💪💝
I'd love to move there 😊
WHAT? NO YOU WOULD NOT! YOU WOULD GO CRAZY!!!
Next visit should be to the town near to the prison where Navalnyj died
The export oil ban is because the farmers need gasoline. The volume passing through refineries dropped 34% . 50 billion dollar decline in revenue since February 2022.Some refineries will close due to lack of volume passing through. They are not profitable.
Did you get to watch those refineries struck recently in other parts of their country? Taken out by drones.
You should collab with bald and bankrupt or vaga vagabond
Ooooo Sole Mio!!!!
non tutti conoscono così' bene l'inglese, almeno la traduzione in italiano ...grazie!
He has a second channel in Italian. This is his English channel.
Rent in Toronto is sky high; I live near there.
Alert ,Canada is probably the best choice in that country alright.
Tell me more about all those blue-roof buildings near Oktyabrskii. It looks like a new industrial park.
Rather than being depressing, it expresses the joy in every Russian soul.
да нихуя
lol I hope the comment is sarcasm
Ok , So how did those care get There ? 🤔 i presume by train ?
3 Room apartment in Russia means 2 bedroom.
Excelent video
You should go to Kirkby - in-Ashfield.
Your content is utterly AMAZING! I'm as excited to check out your videos as I am 'Bald and Bankrupts'! I just subbed!
Try Norilsk ! It is a horror movie...
"coal is the bread of the industry"
Sucks for those industries that have "gluten allergy" 🤣
Grande Dave
Super entertaining content.
Such a great video!
Mashallah
This vid is so core.
Decadentism is a wrong word.
No way, you're back
lets keep Russia as is, unique and mysteries
Step 1...
back to the roots let's go
Looks comfy. Way cleaner then sicily.
comfy XDDD omg
Καταπληκτική εμπειρία.
At the end of the day, this is ALL life is. A series of memories from experiences. It shocks me that more people don't own a Passport or travel.

Entering Tarkov.
Like your videos Dave. And wish you the best of luck. However..... I, personally would feel immoral bringing my USD into Russia. Knowing that a certain percentage will be used to send Buryats to kill and be killed in a tragic and unjust war, uh, sorry... military operation.
Everything is cheap over there, including life.
Yeah unfortunately he was buried today ,there was a fighter for better russia goneeee!!!
At least overthere was NEVER a warzone.. :)
Imagine a scale of depressing places in Russia. It's all grim. Navalny just got buried march 1.2024
Why are we adding eighteen spaces after every word?
Maybe.......
It was......

Suspense ❗❗

What relationship does Italy and Russia share where an Italian citizen can go wander around Russia without fear of being detained for being a western spy?

You repeat yourself to many time. Somewhere around 5 or 6 minutes, it's the fourth or fifth time you talk about coal mine closing so people left... You have to get to the point faster (my professional editor opinion).
He's anti Russia .
Everything about Russia is depressing to be honest.
no
Try it in summer.
Where do you live...?
@@UnCannyValley67so the media of the west will have us believe.
I'm not so sure.
People have short memories. The football World Cup was in 2018 and was probably one of the best well organised World Cups in history.
Where are all the young mens?😂

Hi Dave. I've considered your offer to buy real estate in Vorkuta. Interesting... But I think I'd rather wait. In a few years, an average American will be able to purchase the entire town for the price a 1 bdrm costs today.
Why do you constantly keep switching back to your face? We want to see the buildings. Had to stop watching at 7:00.
Dave, I can't believe you are using these royalty free beats for your videos man...your content is much better then that and using those played out songs that have been heard 100s of times degrades your content.
🎉Salute, nice video!
