My favorite part of this tutorial is the fact that you explain why certain things are the way they are. I feel that is key when teaching a concept. Also combined with the fact that you take your time when showing how to do things step by step makes it all the easier to follow along. Thank you for the video.
brother big ups! I switch back and forth between Logic and Ableton mostly for Ableton's drum rack. just started building a drum kit earlier and i manually cleared the preloaded samples. it was a big mess but youve broken it down perfectly. appreciate you brother
Likewise bro. I’ve never used Ableton, but I see a lot of producers using it. It’s good you’re able to use different DAWS. Glad my videos helped you. Preciate you for watching
Excellent video and very helpful. Just an FYI, under “Drum Kits” there should be a “Drag and Drop Samples” kit that will load an empty Ultrabeat with all the volumes turned up. Save it as #default and it will open every time you open Ultrabeat
Thanks. With each Logic update, does Ultrabeat's sonic quality improve too , or has it not specifically been updated like the sampler has ? I ask that because I've just updated to Logic 11 and hope that the synth engine to design my kits is better now and punchier too.
No problem. I have no idea if its synth engine has got any better with each update. I only use it as a sampler, by dropping in Drum 1 shots. Cheers for watching
@@kcsounds I always liked logics piano roll. I thought it was flexible but found using fl and soft clipper was quicker and knocked better. I'd take logic over fl for vocals any day though
awesome. thank you
No problem at all. Thanks for watching

Preciate it. I couldn’t see the Drum Kits section. Where is it?
Cheers for watching
@@kcsounds On my Logic Pro X it is right under the "Downtempo 2 Kit"

Just starting out so this is very informative. Realizing that I do have some beats but don't know how to get rid of the ones already in ultrabeat.
Glad my videos helped you. Cheers for watching
Bro you made clear and simple ! Wanna watch your other videos
Preciate your feedback bro. Plenty more vids for you to check out.
Cheers for watching
Never been a fan of ultra beat but good tutorial. I wish they more or less used fl's system for this
Been using it so long, I’m used to it now and struggle with the other 1’s. What you using to create drum patterns?

is there a place to download the logic sample library?
cant seem to find them anywhere..
Try downloading from the inspector window on the left, where the instruments are.
Cheers for watching
When you say "you wanna choose Ultrabeat" you are not showing where you are choosing it from ??? I don't see that choice anywhere??? Please help
You can find UltraBeat in the instrument section on the left.
Cheers for watching
Good video thx
Cheers for the feedback, and thanks for watching
Is there anyway to record using a midi controller and it sends to each individual track afterwards?
Not sure what you mean
@@kcsounds I mean like as you record on ultra beat, is there any way to send each element to its own individual track? Like as you record
@TopTierBeatz Try this: ua-cam.com/video/t2lNJVSZJDM/v-deo.htmlsi=vEfIrsfwlR4jw-kv
Let me know if that’s what you meant.
@@kcsounds yes exactly thank you!
