I saw shakthi and Aimex have customer care support and they are responding and spares are available in their website. But AGARO is price friendly I dont find any customer support or retail unit. correct me if I am wrong.
Yes, Shakti and Aimex do offer customer care support but as far as I know: -They provide a 6-month warranty. -Part support is a sort of DIY fix for consumers through video/audio conferencing support. -Customers are responsible for shipping the product for fault or replacement cases.
Yes, we can adjust the pressure using the knob to lower it for AC cleaning. Additionally, we can set the spray to spread rather than being pointed, which also helps reduce the pressure.
Agaro is not rebranded company sir it's owned by universal corporation limited and they work in tie up with Duracell plz get some knowledge before speaking and ucl it self is a big company
Just to clarify, I was specifically referring to this OEM product, not the company. Universal Corporation Limited (UCL) operates across various sectors, including the import and distribution of consumer electronics and related products. Agaro is one of the product brands under UCL. That being said, this is still an OEM product, regardless of the brand or partnerships. While this doesn't mean they are inherently bad, it does suggest that post-sales spares might be problematic. For your reference, here are the import details of the product: Country of Origin: China Packer: Universal Corporation Limited, Zhejiang, China Importer: Universal Corporation Limited, 4/1 Middleton Street, Sikkim Commerce House, Kolkata-71 Additionally, I am aware of several other products sourced from the same OEM manufacturer with custom branding for the importer, which are marketed under different brands in Western countries, and Agaro white-labels them under their brand in India.
Don't buy this pressure washer, you will not get any after sales service or spare parts if your product got damaged before warranty. i have same pressure washer and it got damaged before 1 year warranty and i am struggling to get spare parts from customer care and service center. they don't have any service center apart from kolkata and that to useless.
When comparing the Shakti S5 and Agaro pressure washers, there are some key differences in quality and service to consider. The Shakti S5, produced by a Gujarat-based company in India, is known for its solid performance. However, its warranty and servicing can be a bit challenging. The machine itself comes with a 1-year warranty, but this doesn’t cover accessories. For small parts, Shakti sends replacements by courier during the warranty period, which you or a local mechanic can install (additional cost). For major issues, you’ll need to send the whole machine to them for repairs. You’ll cover the one-way courier costs (additional cost), while Shakti handles the return shipping. Spare parts are generally available on their website. On the other hand, the Agaro pressure washer offers better warranty and servicing support. It includes a pressure control knob too, which is useful for tasks like AC servicing. However, being a Chinese-made product, finding spare parts after the warranty period can be difficult, as Agaro primarily imports rather than manufactures them. In terms of build quality, the Shakti S5 is the superior choice. Both pressure washers likely have aluminium motors, although not mentioned anywhere, my guess is that they would have highlighted if its a copper motor. Also, be cautious with the numbers on the box; they may not always reflect the true performance of the machines.
@@Ravi08Entertainment Great to hear that, let me know how it works once you receive the product. I guess they are also providing the foam cannon in the box.
