I'm from Florida and have only ever been to San Diego in California. Never been to Palm Springs. The La Quinta Resort and the whole area looks gorgeous! The windmills, the snow capped mountains, the palm trees and blue skies. Love it. Makes me want to visit there. Great video.

I think these videos of different locations out west like this are the best. 😊 In the past when you were in Vegas, San Diego, San Francisco, or the Malibu area, I really enjoyed the locations away from the parks. Great job !

OmG! I cannot believe you didn’t know anything about the iconic Mission Inn! Spencer called it “that old building”!!! Great hotel and 2 restaurants inside(one Mex). It’s the gem of the Inland Empire!! Redlands is my home town!

Lol i also love to shop at those kinds of stores where you can get more exotic foods you don’t really find in supermarkets. Homemade. Desert flowers are the most vibrant and beautiful! We moved out to AZ about 15 years ago and our front and backyard are in full bloom of red, orange, and yellow flowers. Spring is so amazing in the desert!!

Many years ago my wife and I stayed at Mission Inn at Christmas. It was marvelous and dinner was very good too.
My last name is Laquinta people used to call my house thinking it was the hotel well I do have pool at the back of my house LoL 😆

Fabulous video. I’m absolutely going to visit there next time to SoCal. I miss it so much sometimes but I never miss the traffic lol of course I come for Disneyland we’re only 7 1/2 hours north. Not too far but just far enough.😅😊
Funny..You guys leave the beach to get sunshine...I left the heat so I can enjoy the grey! Ha ha! What I can't believe is that I'm from Riverside originally, and you guys went to Simple Simons, where my niece used to work until she switched jobs a few months ago!
