@@2migo bin auch schon auf der suche nach vernünftigen komponenten ..(Claas D endstufe + StepUp mit mind.10Ampere +halt ne lipo zelle mit gescheitem BMS .. powerwall selber bauen ..fehlt mir das punktschweißgerät..und jaa Speaker.. will aufjedenfall auf Coax PA Pappen gehen und halt welche die halbwegs linear noch bis 50hz runterkommen .. am liebsten natürlich 35hz aber da werden die akkus nicht lange durchhalten..(tiefbass=viel energy).. )
also wäre aufjeden dabei fals du nicht soo weit herkommst ^^ ..

Gut möglich, dass die Endstufe + Batterie sich bald selbstständig machen.
Ein paar Tipps:
Statt einen Gürtel - > alten Gurt aus einem Auto (Schrottplatz), Spanngurt oder ein Stück Fahrradschlauch und bitte mit Unterlegscheiben verschrauben.
AMP: m3/m4 gewindestange/Schrauben durch die Platine. ~12mm Löcher ~10mm tief bohren, dann Bohrungen halb mit silikon, karosseriekleber oder Uhu 100% füllen und trocken lassen. Dann den Rest der Bohrung auffüllen und die Endstufe einsetzen - > elastisch gelagert.
Trotzdem hammer Projekt und gut umgesetzt. Würde ich gerne mal live hören. 👌
Ich hab noch 2-3 Sachen im Sub verbessert und ihn deswegen nochmal aufgeschraubt, bisher saß alles fest. Aber danke für die Info, werde deinen Tipp im Update Video erwähnen!
for 2k for the two soundboks just buy or build yourselves some nice top speakers and a generator, so you have way better sound. then you can separate the frequencies with a dsp and don't have a problem with interferences.
For that money you can do so much more, rlly. But not a bad sub design tho.

Fun Fact i acquired the skills for 3D printing flexible parts at the end of the project. So as i used my belt i was truly clueless 😅

Awesome. I have been building similar projects recently (but a bit smaller). Now I just gotta wait til summer so They can be used outdoors!! Great video:))
SO COOL very nice end result despite trial and error. If you decide to make another speaker of any type (small, big) I recommend to use Tee nuts and machine screw mounting instead of wood screw to hold the heavy woofer in place. Also do not glue it in incase it has a failure, easier to just use something like window sealer around the baffle. Also caulking around the edges of the interior of the box.

starkes ding, so ein PA Subwoofer wäre auch mal ein projekt für mich, bis jetzt nur "normale" gehäuse gebaut für subs. :D
First bluetooth tapped horn I've seen. It looks like the 15" version of the Xoc1 TH18 design. Also the American brand PL Premium is amazing speaker cab glue. I learned this from the Bill Fitzmaurice site. Also if when you're doing a rave, you face the speaker to the wall or corner from about 10 inches, you'll get way more bass!
It doesn't just look like it. It is. First there was the Jbell SS15 in 1/2" wood thickness, then the 18" Tapped Horn from xoc1. I converted the Jbell SS15 blueprint to 15mm wood thickness 3.5 years ago and made it available to the European DIY community.

Wow, viel Arbeit mit top Ergebnis. Einfacher wärs gewesen, einen fertigen, günstigen 15er AktivSub zu kaufen und vor dem NetzGerät die Spannung zu messen und dort einen passenden Akku einzuschleifen.

Ich finde super, dass Du deine Fehler nicht weggeschnitten hast und später zeigst, wie es richtig funktioniert (Schmelzkleber ;-))
Die Schrauben vorher über ein Stück Seife ziehen, dann quietscht es nicht.
Der Unterschied von 36V zu 48V beim TAS5630@4Ohm macht 3,5dB aus, lohnt sich wahrscheinlich nicht.

The tapped horn is patented by Tom Danley, but there are some interesting similar designs that are "not" tapped horns, but they can still make a lot of bass, called the Cubo subwoofers. These aren't truly tapped horns - instead they are more similar to the "Subscoop" design used by the Electro-Voice PX2181, T18, SB180, and MTL-1X, which is a hybrid of a vented box and a rear-loaded horn. Basic designs have been done in 10, 12, 15, and 18 inch sizes.

Ich habe z.B. festgestellt, die Endstufe + Akku reicht sogar für 2 Subwoofer ⚡
Ich baue den Sub gerade so um, dass auch eine SoundBoks mit dem Akku betrieben werden kann, damit ich nicht alle 3h den Akku der SB wechseln muss 🤓

I got two Soundboks 3s and while they are incredibly loud, they leave a desire for a proper rattling subwoofer to match.I don't have that much fabrication experience but you definitely got me thinking if I should try something like that myself! Have you thought of giving it a SKAA receiver to make it a part of the wireless Soundboks system as well? Something like a Rush will fit nicely!
do you just put the soundboks in host mode and add the rush to an aux-in on the sub?

Von dem Verstärker bin ich nicht so Überzeugt, ich bin ja schon eher von Sure- Electronics b.z sie heißen jetzt ja Wondom die Verstärker sind Qualitativ Echt Gut und versprechen auch das Was drauf steht., und ich wusste gar nicht das es die The box 15LB075-UW4 Speaker 1 so zu kaufen gibt, das sind ja die Ersatz Lautsprecher von den the box PA 252 ECO MKII die auch echt gut sind, nur eins frage ich mich noch, wie hast du es geschafft den Subwoofer an die Soundboks anzuschließen? war auch schon am überlegen nicht so ein setup zu basteln.

Welchen Verstärker und welche Batterie nutzt du? Wie lange hält die durch?
Bei solchen Akkus bitte gut aufpassen. Vibrationen im Gehäuse können einen starken Brand verursachen. Ich hab meine Akkus meist extern und lager sie auch im Keller.

Been making something similar but from 99% recycled parts, fane colossus x Peavey black widow X old reflex sub boxes powered by drill batteries and it shakes the building!!!
Im going to do this! I would really appreciate if I could get the components list (like the electronics, battery and speaker🔈) because I know how tedious it can be! Built and programmed music reactive lights to my soundbokses, so I know the pain😂 understandable if you don’t want me to copy you or take advantage of your hard work!

though the amp can handle 48v
I have the same amp and an 48 volt battery but the amp seems to overheat when the battery is fully charged wich outputs 53 volts. Could be a fault of the amp but for me it doesnt work unfortanetly @@linussvedberg9744

Mit Bassreflex anstatt nem Horn hättest du in so einem Kleinen raum mehr wirkung erreichen können und einfach zu bauen wäre das auch gewesen. Hörner haben eingentlich nur in großen gruppen eine gute Wirkung.

Soundboks, defqon gap, subwoofer : I must to click in this video! Very great project, I'm very interesting to listen the result. I heard hardcore essentially and I have 2 soundboks (V1 and V2). For my used, it's ok (small outdoor party with around 10 peoples). But soundboks is little bit bigger and weight, so I think buy to soundboks go to be more mobile. Combinate with my XDJ-RR with power bank, it will be the most free powered and loud system in my opinion :p
This actualy seen like a way to make an soundbooks actualy Sound good (for how man people is that system build)
So one tower consists of one Subwoofer and a SoundBoks on top, we have 2 towers and with this setup we played for ~300 people.

Hatte schon länger die gleiche bekloppte Idee, war aber immer verunsichert weil kaum jemand sowas dokumentiert hat. Und dann kommst du mit diesem Brett.
Jetzt hab ich vor das Ding selber ähnlich nachzubauen in einem TH15 Gehäuse. Das TAS5630 ist bereits bestellt und jetzt frage ich mich, lohnt es sich noch zu warten bis das Update Video kommt? Hast du noch großartig etwas abgeändert, bzw. neues dazu gelernt?

@@Lonely_THs Actually the Speakerdesing issnt the thing I am After. I find it realy tough to size the battery/amp for a mobile application because Crestfactor, Actual Power consumption and so on. So every bit of Research / Planing helps imensly.. Currently i am at the point where I can take an educated guess about capacity for example. but i want "to know" :D
Geiles Video. 2 Fragen habe ich dazu: Wie viel hat das ganze am Ende gekostet und wie lange hält der Akku bei nem Rave? Überlege auch sowas zu bauen. Bei unseren Raves nutzen wir aktuell 4 Soundboksen aber das könnte auch etwas mehr Bass dabei sein :D Und wie verbindest du den Sub mit den Boksen? Mit dem normalen Pairing wie zwischen zwei Boksen oder per Kabel?

I chose the speaker cause it's cheap and good quality, also its sound properties fits good in this box.
Durability is good, the subwoofer is still alive and pounding today ✌
i have 4 of those woofers in my car it sound verry loud :)

Es gibt ein UA-camr der das ganze als 12" baut. Könnte für eine soundboks auch ausreichen .. kleiner , leichter und vom Pegel vielleicht minimal schwächer.

Yeah use half the battery size, which will cut down costs to 2/3. The sub will still run 12h straight. Also you can make the Chassis smaller, if you use a smaller battery.

Die SoundBoks bekommt das Signal via XLR und vom Aux Ausgang der Box geht's via Klinke in den Subwoofer.

Ich bin grad auch dabei eine mobile PA zu bauen jedoch mit 2x10“ bassreflex Boxen und 2x 8“ (+Mini Horn kein piezo) sateliten.
Diese werden nur stand jetzt nicht Akkubetrieben sondern sollen über ein schalt Netzteil laufen.
Gerne würde ich deine Planung sehen vielleicht kann ich noch etwas daraus lernen 😊

Great video! I was planning on making a subwoofer like this and found your video, this will help me alot! I have a question. You run your system on 36v battery. I saw it runs on 40v. But the amp in the descriptions needs 48v. What battery do I need to buy?
I run the amp with lower voltage, it works fine, it just can not reach it's peak of 600W. So the amp can run with 36V, also mind the voltage drop.
A full battery will always have a higher voltage than a nearly empty one.

Das Ergebniss lässt sich wirklich sehen. Den Batterie Part verstehe ich aber nicht ganz, hätte da eine 40 AH Rasenmäherbatterie nicht die selbe Leistung gebracht für 1/4 des Preises?

I have a question. I am also building a subwoofer in battery and im using the same amp and driver. But the amp is rated for 600 watt and the driver for 300 watt. Did you turn the amp down or was it fine to run the speaker at 600 watt? I really enjoy your videos
Ich habe den Lautsprecher nachgebaut. Erst ist die Endstufe durchgebrannt. Dann habe ich eine JBL Club 600 Endstufe eingebaut und dann ist der Lautsprecher durchgebrannt. Mal schauen wie lange ein stärkerer Lautsprecher das aushält.
@@rafaelfuchs4791also der tsa5630 hat eh keine 600 watt und brennt durch weil die Kühlung versagt. Kfz Endstufen sind meist besser geeignet wegen dem stabilen Netzteil.

bin momentan auch am bau einer BT box
jedoch habe ich noch probleme bei der treiberauswahl.
aus 12" effizienten tiefbass zu bekommen ist gar nicht so leicht wie sich raustellt.
ach und lad mich mal auf n rave ein, bin aus marburg komme also quasi aus der nachbarschaft :D
oh ich habe übrigens auch n messmikro und db messgerät und genug messerfahrung um das ding mal durchzumesen

Ja Tiefbass zu bekommen ist echt gar nicht so einfach. Aber deswegen fehlt es ja auch den meisten BT Lautsprechern. Deinen Channel schaue ich mir gleich mal an. Und wegen der Raves schreib mich mal auf Instagram an ;)

@@AlexIstEinGott Da die Mainstream-mucke nahezu zu 90% keine tiefere Töne als 50Hz enthält, ist eine tiefere Abstimmung nicht vonnöten. Außerdem empfehle ich dir ein Tapped Horn in echt unbedingt mal anzuhören. Dank dem viertelwellenresonator-prinzip klingt ein TH deutlich tiefer als die Messung es vorgibt.

gude, ich hab vor mir sowas für n Festival zu bauen und das ganze mit 2 oder mehr Akkus zu betreiben und diese sobald sie leer sind mittels faltbaren solarpanel zu laden. Hast du da Tipps?
Mit solar wird das schon lange dauern. Wichtig wären dabei Zellen zu nehmen die mehr als 2 A Ladestrom abkönnen.
Meine lithium Zellen sind von der Kapazität her groß aber können nur mit 2A geladen werden. Deshalb auch günstiger.
Einfacher ist es die Endstufe und akku separat in ein Gehäuse zu verbauen und wenn der akku leer ist dann auswechseln.
Da musst du dir wirklich Gedanken über die Größe machen, weil diesen Sub bekommst du nicht ohne Auto aufs Festival 😅
Und den Akku habe ich in meinem Fall so überdimensioniert, das der Sub schon 36h am Stück gelaufen ist 🔊
Also brauchst du in meinem Fall auch kein Solar Panel ✌

Wie habt ihr das mit dem delay hinbekommen ?? Habe mir auch eine Box selber gebaut und wollte sie mit der soundboks benutzen. Egal ob Bluetooth Audio teilen oder per aux, meine Box spielt verzögert. Also erst die Soundboks beim Bass als Beispiel und dann wirklich ein bisschen später meine.
Deine SoundBoks spielt also den Sound zuerst ab? Dann hat dein Verstärker ein Delay, welchen hast du denn benutzt?
@tinkermind benutze das tinysine 8804 Modul. Nochmal getestet mit aux kabel, da läuft es. Hatte die BT Verbindung nicht unterbrochen. Aber bei Bluetooth Audio teilen ist Verzögerung bei meiner Box.... Auch wenn ich Videos bei UA-cam schaue. Erst Lippen Bewegung und dann Ton. Soundboks spielt 1 zu 1
@@tobiasmenning2481 Das ist ja komisch, hätte nicht gedacht, dass das tinysine 8804 Modul einen BT delay hat. Schreib denen mal ne Mail, könnte auch ein Defekt sein.
