Thank you PSA SquashTV for this video. It really helps us fans to appreciate what it takes to be at the top of the sport contending week in and week out.
the greatest working out...this is wonderful to see, and all the unpacking do...after so many days, but the beast is wonderful to watch as a real person... wonderful inspiration,,, thank you thank you thank you!!
I'd like to see Elshorbagy and other top players react to squash commentary to their past matches. Commentary by Joey Barrington and the others. Know what I mean?
I’ve watched a number of these ‘a day with ...’ and Mohamed comes across as a really nice guy. No disrespect to Sean but I would have thought that Mo would have benefited from a higher standard of squash partner; I realise that they are playing a form of handicap game but he must surely play with players that can stretch him a lot more. On the fitness side I can imagine that all the top players are pushing themselves as physically as Mo does, or even more so. What would have been instructive is to have seen what he does on the court in terms of shots and strategy that makes him such a great player. From what I’ve seen, Paul Coll is probably fitter than Mo, but Mo has that extra ‘je ne sais quoi’ that makes him always beat Paul. In short, thousands of players could do what he does physically in training but what he does on top of the training is what makes him the great player that he is.
mo doesn't only train with sean I think. I saw on his story that he trained with mostafa asal, so he's probably playing with a bunch of people that probably include people like his brother, delcan james, and other top guys.
I dont agree. He gets physical conditioning from separate training and he can practice a lot of shots and situations with someone around Sean's level. He seems like a really humble and likeable fellow, different from the image he projects when he is in the zone playing.
man the shorbagy brothers get so much unnecessary hate. Met them both in real life, so nice and so humble.
Do people hate them??
Since when are they hated?
Wait what they are hated¿
Since when

So nice to see how human Mohamed is - very likeable fellow, so impressed with his work ethic and positivity and friendliness.
"I bet you Paul Coll cannot lift what I'm lifting right now"

I like how the two English guys need subtitles to be understood but Mo doesn't even though English isn't even his first language
Wow, Elshorbagy sweats like a fire hydrant! 😂
😂😂
Wow he seems like such a lovely bloke. You don’t get that impression when he’s in beast mode and screaming into the cameras and beating his chest!
Never clicked on any video so fast
Me to
Great to watch those solo routines. Huge talent and lots of hard work, Mo deserves all his success.

Great to see behind the scenes of the great man. Not sure about the music, but otherwise a fascinating 23 minutes.
Imagine being at the park one day and just seeing Mohamed Elshorbagy there chilling

Sean is actually a great player, you seem to forget that Mo is an all time great. He does that to all except the top 0.001% of squash players
The beast is back
Ah mate you should have come to Leeds, we could have been partners!!
Ps. I love that the Irish guy needs subtitles but Mo doesn't haha!
The microphone is always aimed at Mo so other people are slightly harder to hear...
That’s our story and we’re sticking to it! 😂

Amazing Video!
...how hard you gotta work to be world number one in something...and don't forget the natural skill ;-)
Lol never knew he lived in Bristol. Looks like right near me too 👍
Any chance these videos can make a come back?
mo sweating like theres a fuckin rainstorm holy cow!!
Coelho and Coates on the table. Mo, you are my hero (but it wouldn't hurt if you had a little power up in squash) :-)))))))
Do the thing with Gawad please!
Where you guys were when in the days of Ramy?
What’s the all music used though???
Nice
A day with Ali Farag or Nour El Tayeb plz
Chandra Shekhar I think the first video of this series actually stars Ali Farag
@@ivanweissbein5253 I know mate it was only 5 mins. We need something like this.
@@L536775 Just checked, didn't remember how short that video is, you're right. Maybe a longer video of Ali + Nouran can replace it :)
12:00 was raining there? someone could drown in the squash court :D
Shout out to Bristol Massive
finally!!!
Julius u gonna wait
Damn....the Norwood reaper comes for all of us.
🙏👏🙏🏿🦄
Please do one with gohar.
Who else is watching this guy train his ass off and wondering how your going to do this when your vacation ends?!
Did he really wear the sock and the shoe in one leg then the sock and the shoe in the other leg 😂😂
It goes sock, sock, shoe, shoe right?
Thomas Jenkins your sock/shoe, your choice, your life
Dont hate, only potate
Surprised at use of leg curl machine. Athlean x described them as one to avoid.
mo is sweating really hard 😯
He must be in an extreme caloric deficit a lot of the time. If he ate more he'd be a body builder
*professional athlete* "I'm just lazy"
lol @ the cereal
Does he not stretch??
please a victor croin
what a waste of an unic opportunty...please sync that ball on the wall with the song at 10:28
Same ritm
the guy was squating like 100 lbs
He started at 70kg and finished on 110kg
Squash is not easy as I expected😅
Despite his slightly ungainly appearance his movement is undoubtedly up there. Maybe it's his big feet 🤣?
Ouch, those leg extensions can’t be good for his knees
Squash in general, not so great for the knees 😝
really brutal and the money is like crap
Henry Lee Yeh, where he living in super expensive though. Harbourside bristol..
These guys train so hard but eat so poorly!
