8:11 do I have to move piston to make clearance if I’m reusing old pistons and just replacing head? I’d rather not take it off tdc if I don’t have to
It depend on you.
Me, for safety i chose to move the piston
@@motoren_works I should have waited until the end, so you take the Allen out, move piston down a bit so none are right at top, torque down then reset tdc and put Allen back in to make sure it’s on tdc as well as double checking the marks are lined up? I guess can’t really make a mistake if the timing chain is zip tied hey, also do you have a link to the start of this job, I need to know how to get the intake manifold off and what I have to do to get to taking the rocker cover off, thank you. 30 Nm tp dia ada 3 stage untuk ngencengin baut cyl. head, lengkapnya ada di part 2 om ua-cam.com/video/W8BY9dmhhEU/v-deo.htmlsi=tILgvrKcXriZuZgQ. Sy mindah posisi top turun sedikit tujuannya untuk safety, jaga2 agar klep yg sedikit terbuka tidak beradu dg piston ketika cyl. head dipasang

@@RasterYTthe purpose is to lock the flywheel. Flywheel has a hole, If the flywheel hole is parallel to the engine block hole, this means the TDC position is correct. It can check from the dumper gear in the front of engine (6:39)

Hello i have a m43b18 and i have an issue with poor accelerating, when i push the gas pedal fully it builds rpms slow without hiccups any idea what could be the problem?
I have friend with the issue like that. The problem source is bad camshaft sensor. I hope it's same with yours. Note: there are no issue at other parts
@@motoren_worksThanks, i uploaded 2 videos of the car working, i wouldn't think that the camshaft sensor could be the problem in my situation myb im wrong. And the gas pedal feels delayed or slow and when i roll the car reverse or in front sometimes the car goes to 0 rpm then wakes up barely when i press the clutch an then works normally. Thanks for the respond
@@VelocitySlidesafter i checked your videos, first please check your AFM flap movement, it must be smooth. If the movement smooth, and then check your TPS

@@motoren_works Hello so i checked my TPS i had my multimeter on 20kΩ it read bottom pin and top pin 3.9, the bottom and middle pin was 4.4 to 1.48 when fully pressed throttle, and i checked the AFM flap it went smoothly no problems at all. Is the tps good or need a replacement?
