I started HRT May 29th 2021 so I am nearly 2 months ahead of you. I been using gels about 18 months and scrotal application for nearly a year and mono for nearly 6 months. I too am on a weight loss journey for nearly the last 3 years and I have lost I estimate about 112lbs and I still need to lose about 50lbs more. I have lost a lot for my upper body, shoulders, chest area(I can see my shoulder bones and some ribs now). Not had any voice training or hair removal, can't afford it. On the waiting list for my local GIC. Still got about another 3 years to wait for my 1st appointment.
That's awesome!! My weight loss hasn't been that great atm, struggling to fit excercise into my routine regularly enough but it's a work in progress. I'm only like 182lbs ish so not too bad but would like to come down like 40lbs if possible. My speech therapy I got on NHS for free but took a few months to get a referal through to an appointment. As for laser hair removal I managed to get like a 70% discount due to when I looked into it but was still a LOT of money and I became even poorer than I was because of it, but the results for me have been worth it. Obviously I was very lucky and not everyone is able to do it but I'm thankful I have been able to.
@@iamalyssa3008 That's great, well done. I am 15 stones 4 lbs at the moment. I must have been at least 23, 24 stones back in 2020. I been trying those home IPL machines for the last 2 years with mixed results. I am a bit older than you and I have a lot of greys on my face which the machine has showed up. Being transgender is not cheap is it. What with HRT, blockers and blood tests I have already spent the best part of £2000 and that is before I even get seen on the NHS.
@@waruiwasurechatta I did look into it a while back but sadly it's been way out of my price range and probably always will be 😂 any changes to my face have been purely from hrt and laser hair removal
