Yay, I love the Flowers of the Month! Your idea to stitch the month and the flower name as part of the frame is a great one🥰. Great progress on your wips!
Such a beautiful collection of projects, as always! 😍 I think a light blue would look nice with your Japanese girl, since the farthest outer background color is a blue - that will fade into a light blue fabric nicely. And that second green fabric would look nice for Santa - it’s more of a woodsy green in tone than the lighter green. Happy stitching!
Love all your stitching! I think a light blue fabric would look amazing!! She would really pop on it I think! Little Wilbur is the cutest pig. I have Santa of the Forest in my stash & can’t wait to stitch it as well ❤
Love your progress on your wips and new starts. I would stitch Little Wilbur on a more neutral fabric, so he will pop. I almost made it through your whole flosstube and then you showed the Whimsical Village and I had to stop your video and get it myself. lol. Happy stitching!
Hi Lindsi, good to see you again. I really like the Japanese lady.....I like the pale green fabric, or maybe off white. Looking forward to seeing the progress! Happy belated birthday too! See you in September xx
Lindsi, I have been well and truly enabled. I went straight onto Etsy and bought whimsical village 9 & 5! I love the darker green fabric for the Santa. Loving your progress and new starts xx
Nice to see you again Lindsi! Your birthday sounds like it was a lovely time. Love all the new starts. I have the Mill Hill Wish on a Star started. It's a fun stitch. I like the darker green fabric you showed (the second one) for Santa. I think the other green would be great for the other piece, but blue would also be good. Hope the weather improves soon for you. We have a hot week starting today. It's 91 degrees farenheit. I haven't been able to enjoy our yard because of the cicadas. They are all over and really loud. I pulled Long Dog Samplers Saga out the other day to work on. And I'm kitting up a couple of full coverages I just got from a new to me designer, Sunflower Stitches. Take care.
Hi Maryann, so lovely to hear from you! ☺️ I will pull that Santa out again and match it with the darker green fabric, I think you’re right about that… I hope you get to spend some time outside again soon, I love soaking up that vitamin D in the garden watching Bella play xx
@@BlushingPinkStitches I love soaking up the sun as well and did that at my sister in law's a week or so ago. They don't have cicadas. It's hot enough here right now though that I don't really want to be out anyways.
Good to see you, your projects and your new starts Lindsi😃. A nice blue or lavender fabric in the background of the Japanese girl, its difficult when you don't see it in the flesh. (Mind you i am colour blind lol) The cross stitch community are some of the most generous people in society. The stitchy shelf is enormousl, i recently purchased the new Dog bookshelf but in the standard one, i probably won't ever stitch it though. Enjoy every stitch🤗
I think the Luca s flowers are such a beautiful pattern. I like the CraftiKate light green fabric for your Asian girl. I think the purple would look better for Wilbur because the shade of pink fabric is too much like the darker color of thread used for shading and Wilbur would just blend in with the fabric too much. Your bookshelf looks fabulous.
Ooh that’s exciting! Good luck with working on it, I definitely want to get mine out again this month ☺️ So in PK there’s an option to change the thread legend (Ithink if you click on the bars symbol next to the pattern on the main screen) and then click on an individual thread and there’s a button to press that makes the line underneath editable and you can put in another dmc colour… Hope that makes sense! I will try to remember to show that in my next Flosstube… xx
Hi love the ariel in the bottle is the link on here as I can't find it ? If not would you mind telling me again all the details as I'm not great at finding things thankyou 😊
Hi ☺️ if you click down in the description box there’s a link to my wip spreadsheet and you’ll be able to find a link to the Ariel pattern on there. Let me know if you can’t find it and I can always post details here… xx
Hi Lindsi Great Progress on your WIPS. They are beautiful. What I would do is to stitch the lady on a Light Blue Fabric or a Dark Pink Fabric - you want the colors to pop out on the Fabric. Take Care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🧵🪡🧵✂️☀️😎❤️

Thank you so much! I cannot wait to stitch the Santa, will have to make it a priority to kit up… xx

So good to see you again! You can buy the middle section of the library by itself. I cannot remember what it is called QS library something lol
Ooh yes, I have seen that one, but I’m a sucker for a big pattern 😂 xx
Lots of lovely starts and wips. That luka s pattern is amazing. I like both fabrics for Wilbur but wonder if he will stand out more on the purple.
Hi Alison, thank you so much! I think you’re right about the purple for Wilbur, those threads look like they’ll stand out on it more… xx

Thank you so much! And great advice on those fabric choices, will have to pull out some other options for her… xx

Hi Lynn, thank you so much for the advice, you’re so right! Xx

You have inspired me to get my Japanese moss zen garden back out. Think i will save beading till the end 😢😅😂???
How do you put blends in pk?

That’s great advice Linda, thank you! What about that pink fabric I bought for Wilbur? Do you think that would work? Xx
