My radio doesn’t not work properly and Jeep refuse to change it. They keep telling it needs a software update but the update is not yet available. It’s a brand new 2024 4exWilly hybrid
I had the same problem with my 2024 also. I'm currently waiting for my new radio to arrive so the dealer can swap out. Chrysler finally approved replacement (after two prior attempts) after the dealer sent them 10+ videos I provided of my radio doing erratic, and different things. Start taking videos of the problems, and get your dealer to send the videos to Chrysler!!
Why would you even want to remove a brand new Uconnect5 unit? To replace it with with another unit aftermarket that doesn’t even fit or you just planning to leave an empty space in your dash? This folks is another useless video of what NOT to do, now go fish for that screw your dropped and put everything back.
Whyd you get the 4xe. And the big screen. The whole point of a Jeep is simplicity. Technology sucks. Got my 2023 with hand crank windows, manual locks. All this communist electronic crap is whats making vehicles into crap.
