I plan on making a video for finding your wire size, but please let me know if there's any other content you would find helpful! I am nowhere near the experience level that Liz Sews is at, but hopefully I can shed some light on the bra sewing process to other beginners.
Videos on increasing cup size, smoothing out cups when Muslims aren't sitting smooth and how to accommodate large differences in cup sizes would be helpful.
Would you be willing to make a bra video of altering the free maya bra pattern ? I’ve asked Liz sews before & no answer. Her videos don’t help me enough. I want to change the maya to use a shorter underwires like Demi ones and then make it a partial band bra.
hmmm I've never altered a pattern to fit demi wires since the Lansdowne is designed for them, but I could see what it'll take to alter the cups! It would be a few months from now since I'm currently working on a large project. As for the bra band, I think to make it partial you would shorten the bottom part of the band and split it at the lowest point underneath the cup to create 3 pieces from the one.
