I enjoy this man's work. But I find it difficult to understand him sometimes. Can someone tell me if he said what the white sauce was and how he made it?
Jeffery Haney he said it's a blend of heavy whipping cream and so it's not overly rich he also added regular milk. So he probably added all his heavy whipping cream then thinned it out with a little extra milk and let it simmer to reduce it till it got thicker to where he wanted it.
