When they said 800 thousand and they wanted cheap finishes and all the other low budgeted stuff. I couldn't finish
It turned out pretty nice though, They listened.
They were smart for listening to her. It did turn out nice.
Even though the location is terrible...you did the best, one could make out of this house.
Like the sage green of the trims nice job
These guys - first lip and no integrity. They want to use the lowest quality and expect someone to pay $800K for a home w/o AC. "Would you buy that?" "NO" - then, why set that up for someone else. Yeah, Sam and Jose - you need to do better.
Despise people like these two.. being so cheap.. give me a break with that budget.. impossible, especially with that house price point. And what an insult to buyers, I interpret their actions to provide shoddy work, they obviously don't take pride in their work, or their brand.
A heat pump is Hvac , heat and ac
Want to see more more more more more more more more more more
Should have put a single pantry like cabinet so the stove wasn't right up against the cabinet.. Terrible for cooking, and probably not real safe either.
Thank God they called Page cuz these 2 bozos don't know WTF they're doing- no HVAC? A highway? Cheap finishes? Old tiles? No staging and a budget of only $50k?! I wouldn't want to be their next flip where they fly solo.
Are there any alternatives to HVAC? What about heat pumps?
Heat pumps don't work in temperature extremes.
Bad kitchen design. There should be counter space on both sides of the stove!
Hate the fake ivy and the rocks next to the patio.
Why don't you guys have sound barrier or noise barrier on your highways?!!! You can live comfortably close to a highways if the town build noise barrier, its not a concrete wall,no one want an ugly wall! There are plenty of choice, it's the same infrastructures of the stadiums build next to habitations, you barely hear anything when they close the stadium.
😂 this is 100% LA! Let this be a lesson to you to inspect the "newly remodeled" flip house! From top to bottom from A - Band back to A again!
ORANGE COUNTY
Design itself is okay. Colors are blah and bland, like the rest of modernity.
The owner can bring personality. Got to appeal to the masses.
@@-OBELUS- I fully understand. The masses are incredibly boring.
I am not a fan of the floors.
🤮🤍🤍🤍
800000 for that dump???? Are you serious???!
It's Orange County, CA. Mine is that size and they sell for over $1million in my tract.
TOO MUCH HYPE ABOUT NOTHING. THE HOUSE IS NOT IMPROVED, NOT GOOD, NOT WELL LAID OUT... IT IS ACTUALLY PATHETIC. A HYPE ABOUT CRAP. THAT'S IT. POINT.
