Dear Mary, I wrote down all the directions....now I need the pony beads. I am going to do this with my granddaughter...she is almost 8 years old and LOVES CRAFTS!! Love from Debbie and Dexter-Dog from S. California. 🙋🐾🙏🙏🌞🌻🌞🎃🎃🐦🐦
What beautiful suncatchers, Mary! Who would have thought they would be so easy to make. Thanks so much for sharing this DIY craft.....perfect gifts for any occasion. Until next time, wishing God's BLESSINGS to you 🙏 Brenda from Tennessee 💕
What a joy you are. I wish I was next door. I love all your treasures around your house. You are a true grandma like mine. I try very hard to be like her because my memories are precious. This was a very do-able craft and so lovely. Thanks for sharing.
So beautiful! I loved this video and am looking forward to making this with my 2 children. Thank you for sharing this wonderful video! Love your little cottage and sweet fur babies 😍❤ your video made my day! Like spending time with my mamaw again, thank you 🙂
I am SOOOOO glad I came across your channel... you are SO SWEET to watch and you remind me of all the ladies I loved so much as a child. THANK YOU for taking the time to make these videos and post them! SO comforting! - Robin, NC
I love your how to videos, those sun catchers are so pretty hanging in your window. This would be a great homemade Christmas gift. Thank you for sharing your craft with us. Be blessed.
You are so welcome. Those are great for children to do too. They love creating something all their own. And as for a Christmas gift, hang them with pretty ribbons. That would be gorgeous! Thanks for watching Diane.
Very creative! Those are just lovely. I can imagine them with the sun shining through them. Thank you for sharing, I think I'll give those a try with my grandkids 😀
I loved this project, Mary! A great one to decorate a drab window, and certainly a fun activity for my grandchildren. Thank you for sharing this today! ♥️🌻
Hey there lady. I just saw you. lol. It's always nice to see a familiar name on another channel at times. Thanks so much for making me feel welcome there!
Been watching these on other channels. As pretty as they were i hated the wait time Then i found you!! Yours are pretty as well as fast!! Im going to do this asap. Thank you!
The small 1"s in Christmas shapes would make lovely tree decorations. Wish I could make them but no craft shops near me. My suncatchers are shop bought.
What a wonderful idea! I have ordered some beads and I’m looking forward to ‘having a go’! So nice to find such an uplifting UA-cam channel in these trying times. You made my day sparkle! 🌟
I just finished making my first suncatcher using your tutorial. I'm just blown away at how it turned out! I'll definitely be making more of these. The first one is going to go on the pergola in the backyard. The next few are going to go in the windows of my dining room. They don't get a ton of light so they could use a small pop of color.
Hi there Mary that was so interesting to watch today. What a nice idea. I love the ones that are multicolored so much life to them. Like you said you don't need a lot of equipment either. I'm going to check our Walmart and see what they have in their craft dept. They don't seem to have much in our Walmart as far as crafts go but I'll check. We have a lot of grey days here in New England in the Winter and those would be perfect. Thank you for showing all of us your hobby. If they are not heavy I imagine little suction cups could hold them well I would think. Nice video!
Hi Mary, As I am one of those can' t draw a straight line with a ruler type person! But I am going to try to make me some suncatchers for my kitchen window! I love how these turned out and I am sure they are beautiful when the sun is shinning through them! Will try it over the Thanksgiving holidays as we are still staying away from any crowds! Stay Safe, hugs and God Bless! Stanley and Donna in NE GA mountains.
I hung some of them in my bathroom window. Even with that plastic shower curtain over the window, the sun still shines in and the suncatchers look great there.
How Adorable Mary🌞 I Love them!!! What a good idea too. As you were scrolling through your kitchen I saw a toaster over on your counter and as I saw it I wondered hummmm, I wonder if you could use it for the same purpose. Ofcourse if you were making several at a time, the big oven would be more practical. They are so darling tho! I can't wait to see when the sun comes out how they look❤ your kitchen is sooo cozy, I absolutely love it and could see sitting at your table having a cup of tea or coffee or sweet iced tea in the hot summer. How fun.
These are so sweet and pretty! I wonder if you put a metal washer ( one that looks more like a ring) at the top where you'd drill a hole for your string etc. and have the beads melt around it and hold it in place, then you wouldn't have to drill it, it would already be a hole to string. So enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing!😊
Oh! You're so clever and they are so pretty 😍 I can imagine making some Christmas baubles, and tree shapes,,and snowflakes ,all in golds greens reds and silver and white .If you sold them at craft fares, the would be sold in no time. They are lovely, well done you Mary.❤️🇬🇧🐈⬛xx
🧡❤️🧡I'm gonna make these as soon as I get my hands on some beads! You are sooo creative! And...handy (correct me if I say this wrong because my English is not so perfect as a Belgian...) with tools! Wow....❤️🧡❤️ Thank you for this sunny inspiration... Greetings from Maggie!
What a lovely woman!!
Small round ones would make beautiful coasters. I love the random, multi-colored ones!
🧡💙💜💚❤
That would be so cool to get a Christmas tree pan and make a tree to hang in the window
oh wow, what a great idea. Wouldn't that be pretty!! Thanks for the idea.
Carol, how Christmasy that would look. Good idea.
Really nice, thank you Mary. I love your haircut.
