Or at least give the item to the cashier. I used to work at a grocery store and I seen many customers who try to hide an item they no longer want right in front of me- until I call them out

Thank you for putting things back! As a former grocery store worker, I would find things hidden in every possible nook and cranny of the store at the end of the night. I especially hated having to toss fridge/freezer items bc I didn't know how long they'd been out. Once I even saw a pack of chicken just hanging out with the bandaids. So gross. I'll either put it away myself if it's close or needs to be kept cold or I'll bring it up front and let someone know I'm not getting it.
I am a senior caregiver & also do housecleaning for my senior clients as well. If I won the cleaning bucket I would take it with me to use in my client's homes, as some of my client's dont have alot of cleaning supplies. You picked some great stuff! Thanks for the fun video Brandon!

$100.36 is a win! At Target anyone can get a Target Red Card that's attached to your debit card and saves you 5% on every purchase. So around $5 on this and that would put you under budget. That kit is great. I could use it to deep clean every room in my house. Great to know Fabuloso is pH balanced. I'll have to try to find a scent I like.
I love the flat mop idea. I've never tried it before. I'm open to new cleaning experiences. I love the clean end results...😊

I would put back the fabuloso “floor cleaner”. The mr clean is great on floors and very similar overall.

THANK YOU for putting things back...I'm ex-retail and I get it! 😉 Flat mops are an underappreciated tool and are great for floors, but are ALSO so great for surface cleaning and dusting walls. We're house shopping right now and this kind of kit is great for move out/move in cleaning...nice and easy to move from room to room as you go.
I also return products to their proper homes. Whenever a product shows "in stock" but is missing from the shelf, I can't help but think it's because someone grabbed it, had a change of heart, then left it in a random spot in the store.
I would definitely use that cleaning kit to deep clean before and after holiday gatherings. Winter sick season is the worst! You have one of the most helpful channels on UA-cam! ❤️👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I love my Bona! I use washable swifter pads for the floor and the dusters. I always put the items back. Target has a very neat clean store and it should stay that way. Even at dollar tree I put an item back even though the store is messy. I would love to organize their stores for free 😅

If I got this kit, I would use it to do my cleanings on Fridays. I’m going back to work after my maternity leave on November 1st (we welcomed baby #3 this July!) and I don’t work on Fridays. With 3 kids and 3 adults living in this house (multigenerational household!) the cleaning is never ending. I’m hoping once I get back to work and develop a schedule, I can make cleaning a breeze. Wish me luck!

Versatility in use is something that I always look for whenever I get something for my household and I appreciate how you talked about it in this video! :)
If it's a very large store and what I no longer want to buy is on the far-end, I've often been able to just leave them with the cashier. Idk if it's a Europe thing but they often have a few items there that someone will go and put back at the end of the day. Much easier for the employees just to put something back than to first have to find where you put it.
I’d love if you did an Amazon one too! I just got my microfiber wholesale mop from your recommendation and I LOVE IT! but target is my place where I just randomly buy cleaners haha

I would use it to clean up my son’s first apartment he moved in. I taught him how to clean and seems like once he got his own place every cleaning tip magically left his brain. I’m planning to tackle one room at a time with HIS help of course!

The only thing that I might have put back was the swifter duster kit. I feel like you got the cleaning cloths which could be used for dusting as well and then be washed.
As someone who just got divorced and had to but new cleaning products. Dollar tree was a great find! Also found your channel!! Could you do a video at a dollar tree sometime? Most of us don't have $100 to spend on cleaning stuff all at once.
Thank You for putting the microfiber towels back where you got them. That is one of my pet peeves, and I am OCD about it. I'm 61, and I taught my kids and my grandchildren to put it back where you got it . This is also a rule in my home.
I would love to be considered for the cleaning kit. I would use the new mop to give my floors a good cleaning. My flat mop broke, and my spin mop is not getting the job done. I would also give my bathrooms a really good scrub down. I Love Your Videos!!

As a cleaner/housekeeper, I will share my tips on budgeting (hope that is ok):
I would have put the glass cleaner back and used white vinegar instead to clean the windows.
Why buy Mr Clean AND Fabuloso? One of them would have been enough.
Cheap toilet brush is fine. If you buy bleach, just leave around the rim of the toilet and let it sit for 15 minutes. It will be sparking and very little scrub effort.. so your toilet brush will last even longer.
Replace dusters with telescopic instead for high dusting and use Microfibre cloth to dust, instead.
I would absolutely go for a Henry hoover. Bagged is always the way to go. Perfect for those with allergies as well, the ones with HEPA bagless filters are flimsy and a pain in the backside to keep cleaning.
in my house we still use a traditional mop and would love to get into using a flat mop it seems more convenient and easier on my mom who has hand mobility issues and loves to clean.
We're moving into our new apartment in 1 month and could really use some supplies! 😊
I'd definitely use it around my home. I have 4 pets and it definitely isn't easy upkeep.
As a nurse who knows friction cleans! I would had put the Fabuloso back. The dawn and vintages which is also ph balanced is a perfect cleaner! Great video!

They are much less expensive at Costco and Amazon.
I think you did a good job, and I approve of the cuts you made. A good scrub brush does me more good than Magic Erasers, which I rarely use. If you don't let your oven get too dirty, it does not need oven cleaner. The multi purpose mop system is better than a broom, which does only one thing.
My husband is just like the camera holder! I find myself turning back to make sure he puts items back that he HAD to show me...
I'm a huge advocate for returning items to their destinations, including carts!

I just found your channel maybe a week ago and I’m upset with myself I haven’t found you earlier. I have major depressive disorder and have a hard time getting motivated to do anything. And as a new 10 month old mom, I want to do better for her but it’s hard. You make cleaning look so fun. I applied for a cleaning company and am hoping to get the job. I’m excited to use your cleaning tips there and at home. I probably won’t be picked but I want to say thank you for being you❤️
Also if you have target circle, each time you purchase something, you earn 1% back into target circle to spend. So if it’s a small order before hand, it’s 1% of that. As well as a $500 purchase, it’s 1% of that too. So hopefully the person has something in their target circle app that can take off that little extra.
Good choice on the bucket instead of the spin mop kit.
Overall, great beginner kit for someone moving into their first place! Getting rid of the glass cleaner would have saved you a few bucks. The DIY alcohol, water and dawn solution makes my glass and mirrors shine better than Windex!
I also try to put things back if I change my mind, as a former retail worker😊 giving them to the cashier is always an option to, theyre gonna have to do reshops anyway.
Just moved into my very first apartment alone and on my own. If I won the bucket I would make sure to “clean that up” around my new home.
Nice challenge! I put items back in the correct isle. You could cut the cost by seeing if they have a smaller pack of cleaning cloths or a smaller bottle of isopropyl alcohol or vinegar. I would use the kit to carry around the house to do my cleaning.
As someone who used to work retail what I do if I no longer need to purchase an item is still take it to the cashier and just ask if they have a go-back they can put it on. A go-back is a group of items that need to be put back in their place. The workers appreciate it because it keeps their store organized and I like it because then I don’t have to spend time putting the item(s) back.
I own a home service business out in Salt Lake City and am planning to start doing housekeeping services for my clients next month! Money is very tight so these would go a long way. Either way, thanks for the awesome content!

As someone leaving with dogs and two other roommates. The house gets dirty really quickly and as a broke college student i would really appreacite the cleaning kit to keep up the cleaning while saving some money for nursing school as well as help with my mental health.

I probably would have gotten rid of the glass cleaner, most of the times you're paying for the drying agent that leaves no streaks but you can wash a window just fine with dawn dishsoap and water and a dollar store squeegee

I love a good challenge! This was great (your tips are awesome, thank you and also for just the inspiration to clean which is so helpful). If I won I would 100% be using these at my dad's house. My sister flew into Milwaukee (where he lives) to help him more on a day-to-day basis because he was recently diagnosed with an aggressive leukemia and she can WFH. She found that there was a lot (a LOT) of deep cleaning that was/is needed. So she had bought a few items but this would add to the cleaning power. 💪💪
I would have also put back the Mr Clean sponges and get a smaller vinegar 😊. I like the bright microfiber cloths

If I won the cleaning kit I would give it to my daughter who moved to NYC from UK last year. I spend a lot of my time fielding calls and messages from her asking what she needs to buy to clean different things in her apartment. With this kit she would have it all sorted. Also when I come over to visit her I end up cleaning things for her as my late mother taught me lots of old fashioned ways to clean things that work just as well ( if not better) than modern day expensive products. I would go to the Dollar tree or The Family Dollar and get really good cleaners much cheaper.
I might have put back the toilet brush to stay in budget...... also I might have checked the price of a gallon of bleach. I may have grabbed a box of baking soda. The one store rule was kind of an expensive parameter, especially since dollar tree sells that white toilet brush for 1.25, as well as heavy duty gloves etc...

I enjoyed watching this video but have to admit I kept thinking that, to really save $, I would go online & compare prices with Walmart & Amazon. 😊 Thank you for putting the items back where they belong also! Those people that don’t are likely the same ones who leave their carts scattered in the parking lot! Ugh! As for what to put back, since you had the Dawn & vinegar, I would put the glass cleaner back. While I do use a Swiffer for hard to reach places, used dryer sheets are excellent for regular dusting & really grab (and hold) dust - which limits how much I use the Swiffer, saving $$$. 😊 I’m the mom of two boys so that kit would definitely come in handy!

Ok, I think putting back the broom was a good move. I don’t have carpet in my home but, I use a vacuum on all my floors for sweeping! I believe you should have kept the oven cleaner because it works on other things besides the oven. You could have left the window cleaner behind and with the other products made a window cleaner. That is my opinion. Thank you for this experience! 😉

How I would use it is making all your DIY recipes and deep cleaning my townhouse. I have to move in a month or two and I'd use it to deep clean the new place and maintain it. It would be fun trying some of the tools and cleaners in the kit I haven't tried before. 😊
I would use that kit to do my winter cleaning. Winter is more time indoors and more time to do some thorough cleaning. Also, I put stuff back on the shelf or give it to the cashier and someone from the store will put it back.
I’d use it to clean up after my sticky 3 year old who loves mud puddles and is prone to nose bleeds!
Also as someone who works in retail, I definitely appreciate when someone puts things back 🙌🏻

I always try to put stuff back where I found it. That being said, 2 days ago when I scoured the Halloween aisle for led candles and couldn’t find them, I did find them in the regular candle aisle and put them in he Halloween aisle where the candles should’ve been when I decided against getting them. I would say I was just playing the Walmart way, but I also had the best employee experience I’ve ever had at a Walmart store that same visit so 🤷♀️ it was just an Opposite Day that day.

I would have ditched the Swiffer dusters, you can dust with a damp microfiber cloth.
I used to coupon! Using a few coupons with your red card would’ve helped.
Definitely a winning kit Brandon, even if you went over by .36! Love all the disinfectant cleaners you chose because they probably won’t give me a migraine. I have trouble choosing great cleaners that also don’t cause headaches. I’ve never tried a Bona Floor system, so that would be really wonderful to try. I always put unwanted items back or give them to the cashier during checkout. I absolutely love this video! ❤
Well this is great guidance since I do have some target gift cards that I am going to use for things I need when I move out. I know that cleaning products can make or break your budget.
