The fuel requires absolutely nothing from you apart from waiting a bit, you don't even have to pay credits like in AXtreme.
I'm kinda surprised your computer doesn't support the high graphic settings.

This week is probably the hardest and most busiest week in Asphalt 8 I have ever played! I had to finish Fenyr Supersport R&D which was crazy hard with Lab 4, Mazda RX8 SE R&D which was unnecessarily long , get the 100 tokens in Multiplayer, and start crunching through Aston Martin One-77 Enduro Double Down, upgrade the Rezvani Beast Alpha for Championship while farming and completing Season 1 and 2 in Asphalt 9!
thats why i am too paranoid to play asphalt 8 because as it feels in possible to win event.. wish i started playing when the game first came out

Asphalt 9 was a disappointment for me, I think I'll stick with Asphalt 8, Asphalt 9 is so slow-paced, gameplay is boring, it's pay to win, and not a lot of people can even RUN the game.
So Asphalt 8 isn't pay to win then? I'd even say Asphalt 9 is a bit less pay to win than A8.

I can relate too, I was really used to A8, and when I played A9’s soft launch, i thought it sucked at first but the more i progressed the more i loved it. Trust me Aris, you’ll get addicted to A9 in a few months :)

A9 > A8. I've put 30 hours into the game already. The fuel system isn't that bad. Obviously it's there to make you spend money but in 30 hours I haven't spent any money nor have I used my tokens to refill my cars. And I played A8 for over 2 years.

What device do you have? It must be pretty old/not powerful to not support high graphics, it supports max graphics with no lost frames on my not very new iPad. I've also been playing for a while and haven't had it crash on me.
Only thing that i like about this game is graphic but this game is trash why?
1) fuel system
2) it just online canot be played offline
3) pay2win
4) boring gameplay / too short races

I'm back again to post another comment, I am hereby retracting my statement. I have ~40 hours total playtime in Asphalt 9, I am at the beginning of Chapter 4 out of 5 total chapters. I have hit a paywall. I either don't own the car required for specific events or the cars I do own are not high enough ranked to win races. I have also spent all the tokens I have accumulated from playing which would be about 1500 tokens which if you were to buy that many it would cost 100 dollars. Out of those 1500 tokens I have gotten enough blueprints to unlock ZERO cars, that's right 100 dollars is not enough to even unlock a single car because the entire premise of unlocking vehicles in Asphalt 9 is pure RNG.

Its a freemium game....they expect you to get hooked and pay money to win.....dont be fooled and waste your time on it :) its pretty bad gameplay compared to A8 anyway
The only thing I hate about the game is the multiplayer mechanics. They are seriously deducting your rating by around 30 points because your Dodge Challenger got defeated by bunch of La Ferraris. Seriously?

You shouldn't feel sad that you can't set the game to high graphics. At least you can actually use the keyboard on the PC version. For me it doesn't even give me a keyboard option in the controls menu. I have to play the game using my touchscreen. Thankfully my PC is a touchscreen, but seriously, it's frustrating that I can't use the keyboard.

1) it's new, so I'd say take some time to get used to it.
2) I hate touchdrive. Never use it.
3) the fuel is actually not bad. It loads fuel automatically if you leave it and if you run out. Plus it's not, like, 4 hours of waiting for fuel.
4) play it on a phone. It works different.
5) yes, Asphalt Airborne IS better
