    .
    *****Ingredients*****
    Fenugreek leaves ( methi leaves )
    Pudina ( mint leaves )
    Coriander leaves
    Onion
    Pepper balls
    Ginger
    Garlic
    Kasuri methi
    Sunflower oil
    Whole spices
    Cumin powder ( freshly grind)
    ******Marination*****
    Chilly powder,
    Turmeric powder
    Coriander powder
    Garam masla ( homemade )
    Salt
    Lemon
    Pepper powder
    *****Cooking *****
    Saute onion garlic and ginger, pepper balls and make into thick paste using blender or mixer jar.
    Sauté fenugreek, coriander, pudina leave and make make it into thick paste add water and dilute a lil bit.
    Now in a pan saute whole Indian spices and add cumin powder, kasuri methi and then add marinated chicken. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile soak jeera rice in water.
    Once chicken is cooked add rice and stir well.
    Add water 1:2 ratio.
    1 cup rice= 2 cup water ( use warm water ) .
    Close lid and cook for 10 minutes.
    Keep an aluminium foil and keep for dum about 20 minutes.
    Ready ready….. donne biriyani… serve hot with raita.
