Thanks for update on when the rest will be shipped out. I am totally fine with a little delay for it is still a short turn around for the custom built guitars. I agree that I'd rather wait and have it all correct. I am already very happy with the communication I've had with Badlands and feel like I do matter as a customer. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Funny you should talk about the hot dog 84. Me and my buddy were joking about it yesterday. Its a shame because the 84 finish options are kind of bunk but a mustard yellow 84.. be a cool option.
I wasn't impressed with the GearFest sales. I don't think the discounts are much more than what they usually offer on items with just a few exceptions.
Not many good deals imo.. If you get $100 in bonus bucks, then you're not getting a deal on your purchase, but on your next purchase..its only so they'll have you come back and buy more stuff from them. Same with the "get 3 months of free lessons with purchase".. You're there to get a deal on a spesific guitar you want now, not to get bonus bucks on something else or to get free lessons..

I wouldn't sweat the extended delivery time on the GX1s. It's worth the wait, and logical minds understand 4 months was going to be tough.
