Kawasaki is catching up with this Yamaha even on a flat water. If there is a slight chop kawi would destroy this Yamaha. Please remember that kawi was designed to perform in rough water conditions and not on the lake.
That just isn't true. The kawisaki will feel more comfortable on the rider in rough water, but the GP hull will go way faster and handle better. There's no competition there. The GP hull is meant to race. The Ultra hull is meant to be fat and go in a straight line.
@diablofocker1 it only caught up cause of heat soak from super charger on the svhos with an upgrade intercooler it will maintaine way more speed the kawasaki supercharger is belt driven it maintains same speed easier and factory intercooler bigger on the kawasaki but faster speed wise is yamaha from box stock it doesn't maintain it
Lets remember yamaha pulled away then was caught have way across lake ,2 kawisaki did that with 50 more hp,3 kawi just ran out of gas ,there are disgusting when it come to fuel consumption,

Sea-Doo loses every time. Usually cause it’s on the bottom of the lake or ocean. You’d think they’d have their carbon seal issue figured out by now.
