►A woman who was killed in a gas explosion in Birmingham on Sunday night is believed to be 79-year-old Doreen Rees-Bibb. She died after a huge explosion which also critically injured a man. There's now a big support effort underway for the community that's had to be evacuated from the area. Bradley Harris is at a pub in Kingstanding which has been at the centre of all of this.

Tbh, if she'd left the gas on for long enough to cause an explosion like that, they'd have both died from the fumes before an explosion of that size. They certainly wouldn't be talking.
Changed my mind. Maybe if they were upstairs for a while and left it on downstairs, it may have been possible. I'm no expert though.
Whatever it was it is really tragic.

In the old days it was different gas, that stuff was known to knock people right out.
There's always a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, which sends people to sleep?
Gas is dangerous, cant afford to be careless!

@@maximumsecurity9411 I think it's a bit weird. They've interviewed quite a few of the people directly affected by the explosion. i.e, the immediate neighbours. They all tell you how lucky they were and how it's affecting them but not one of them mention or seem bothered about the couple who were actually in the house.
