Actually most American Black ( I can only speak about Foundational Black Americans) people have naturally smooth skin due to the way they clean their skin.....They use wash cloths from the time they're born. I'm not sure if All Black people clean their skin that way......the wash cloth exfoliates the skin which is why their skin is soo smooth

I'm really not sure what "Foundational Black Americans" are. I've never heard that term before. I worked twenty-five years in a county jail. The most important thing I learned working there is that people are different. Color of skin does not make a person one way or another. Color of skin does not tell you anything about how they were raised, how they behave, what they think, what they like, or what their hygiene habits are like. I'm white and I was raised to use a washcloth. Many of the blacks in jail used washcloths and many didn't. I have spent more time with black people than white people since I was fifteen. Some use washcloths some don't. There is nothing that is true of all people of any color even in a given region, or class. Thank you for watching and commenting. God bless you!
