Eduardo Dutra (1908-1963) was a Brazilian Composer. Little is known about this composer. Most of his works were published privately and destroyed.
It is established that Dutra was a part-time composer, implying that he depended on an occupation other than composing for his livelihood. Unfortunately, there is no listing, not even a partial one, of his works. His scores were not published by the music publishing houses of his day, and only private printings were made. Following Dutra’s death most of his manuscripts and existing printed scores were apparently either lost or destroyed. Thus finding copies of his scores now is extremely difficult.

지금 시대에 태어나서 바로크부터 이런음악까지 집에서 누워서 들을 수 있다는 것이 너무 감사하다

This wonderful melody is perfect for a piano concerto. There's much potential for good orchestration, similar to Scriabin's 1st movement

Guess it’s a mix of Rach’s style in the idiom of John Field or early Chopin. I enjoyed it and I suppose that’s good enough. I listened several times and it has something to it.

Rach mood. Anyway performer makes the initial triplets be accented on the second quaver. This simulates a "levare".

I believe this piece was composed in remembrance of Dutra's son who had passed away.

It seems both of you are mistaken. This piece was composed in 1940 while his son passed away in 1987.
