- In this video we will see how to make egg bhurji at home. Egg Bhurji Recipe / Anda Bhurji is a quick and easy to make side dish that can be served along with chapathi / rice. This Indian style scrambled eggs has well seasoned eggs which is bursting with flavor because of the added masala. For the proper setting of this egg burji the curds of egg has to form slowly so make sure that the heat setting is not too high. When the eggs are scrambled under low-moderate heat with regular scraping of the pan, the egg bhurji will have small curds egg and they will be soft and delicious.
