For all of you that mock his LS400 he also owns a 400+whp S14 drift car with a built SR20DET, this is just a fun Show Car that is built to hurt feelings. So it appears he has succeeded
Chandler Fultz bro bro bro you mean he owns a pussy ricer show car and a drifting isn't a real motorsport race car?????? Lmao..............i fucken hate vaping snapback streetwear wearing hipsters..........
11:28 - USA cops be like: lets look past those lights, the stance, the straight pipes, .... ....but for that window tint we'll have to give you a ticket.
HOW? Those wheels are not street legal anywhere...and I bet the tint is too dark...and he said it is catless. Georgia doesn't require cats on their cars?
Not my cup of tea, but, its a VIP style, air bagged so its not sitting on its arse forever ruining the drive.. I can't hate. It does look cool in a crazy japanese comic kinda way. A lot of love has gone into this car.
I am going to look into what he used. I've always wanted an adjustable suspension, in car, but that was not on some supercar. I thought Tein or someone made traditional coilovers with motors on them so you could adjust ride height from in the car, but couldn't find much last I looked. I have a WRX that is awesome stock, because it has some clearance. The WRX from the factory is actually decently capable on light terrain, which makes the idea of putting aftermarket suspension and lowering it something I don't think I want to do. If I could put a suspension on my car for $2000 or less that allowed it to handle nice, adjust ride height, and adjust other spring rate and dampening characteristics, without using a tool or getting out of the car, I'd be sold.
I think it's because most stance people are like "You don't get it? moron" instead of actually explaining why it's cool. You can't be passionate about something, and then not do the work to inform people of your hobby.
So everything you've put on your car improves it function chaos? Lowering a car for a track build improves it's function? Can you carry passengers? Stripping a car to reduce weight, does that improve its function again? Get real. The car is on airbags, is nice and clean with proper paint and clean body work. Get real.
Stick to riding a bicycle kid. I don't build garage queens. But I'm not arrogant enough to trash someone else's work. End of story. People like you are a disease in the community. Don't like it move on.
This guy seems so cool! Very nice humble dude, sounds knowledgeable. I wish I knew this guy! I would watch him if he had a UA-cam as well. Great video Matt.
Don't hate something just because you didn't like some of them. I will admit that I am a hypocrite, I first thought VIP cars were super dumb, but I think I get it now, and I love it. In the end, the owner is right, if stuff is done with care and attention to detail, it will be great. If someone values originality over traditional aesthetics, or performance, who am I to say that is the "wrong" way to enjoy a car?
People will hate but it's a clean build and it's not like he killed a performance car. Took and old boring Lexus and made it a head turner. Good build sir.
BrownCornelius000 both? I mean honestly I appreciate this more than a stance STI or GT-R. Stancing those removes purpose designed function. But with a 170k 90's Lexus? If it was bone stock it's just another car. He made it special.
it is cool how the car rises up via the air controls. the rear lights on show mode are also cool. his car, his style. I respect all car guys. thanks for sharing.
i dont understand the hate in car culture, the owner built the car for himself and he never said anything other than that the car is bassically a show car if you dont like it, just click off
Hahaha, this looked so entertaining. Can't be more of a boss rolling thru the race paddock, then dropping the frame on the ground in front of the signature sponsored coffee lol
I think camber on a car that looks performance oriented is what kills me and most people. Crazy camber on a car that is all about looking a certain way seems totally fine to me. Seeing something like a slammed 240sx with engine mods and crazy camber, that's the kind of car I personally have a hard time getting my head wrapped around.
I personally like going fast so I probably have the same views, but just bc someone else doesn't doesn't mean it doesn't benefit the car you feel? It's all relative, anyone can like anything and we should all enjoy what we can
Honestly, VIP ismt for everyone and im always super 50/50 on it. Doesnt even matter what i think of the car, its what this dude wanted to do and a hell of a lot better vid than i thought it would make. Perfect vid for this car. St4aight rollin and chilling. If you dont like camber and unusable tires, thats fine. Dont build a VIP car. Lol nobody will care. Dope vid
Any kind of car fan, customizer, motorsport guy, keeps driving and the love of all things internal combustion alive. Compared to the over assisted boring drives that new cars are today, or even worse, when they take our steering wheels away, these cars are awesome. Hats off to every person who keeps the love of cars and driving alive.
This vid reminds me of why i love cars .. we always think about blasting through race tracks wanting the fastest cars in the world and we build ours to be that .. but sometimes its also good to have a laugh.. #CUP #UCP #VV #LTACY
TOYOTA MARK ll on the 12:26 mark - also available with 2.5L 1JZGTE I6 Twin turbo! You know... that engine found in the MK3 Supra. Delivered only in USA and Hawaii it seems, lucky bastards!
I drive a 700hp procharged Camaro and I like this car. All of you haters need to lighten up, y'all couldn't afford it anyways. Those Work wheels are worth more than most of your cars.
Ok Bryan Gilbert, I must admit I drive an UNTUNED 2008 HONDA FIT, and yeah, your probably right, those Work wheels are most likely to be worth more than my car (no surprise here!). My problem with your comment is that I have not so far, found ANY CORRELATION between the fact that these wheels are worth more than my car, and the fact that I don't like the look of the car. I can totally understand this is a SHOW CAR, yet I don't like cars that looks like that (i'm talking about the extreme camber with the wheels). Major props to the owner for the CLEAN WORK, I'm just not a big fan of those type of cars. So my point is, your argument that I'm a hater because I couldn't afford it is invalid due to NO CORRELATION. That beeing said, I respect your opinion. Cheers from Canada!
I like it! He did a lot of awesome work on this car! Plus, its about the fun factor. To people asking "What is the point?".....what is the point of drifting, building a track car? To enjoy your car. This guy built his car to enjoy it
By far not my cup of tea... however you have to respect the attention to detail and the kid knows his shit when it comes to that stuff when he was explaining, if its what he likes and enjoys whose to judge him for that? And that was hilarious taking it through the race paddock lol
Watching this from Europe, Slovakia to be exact, this Gridlife place seems like a heaven to me. Definitely turned out to be one of my favourite One Takes.
We drove these bad boys back in 1970 in Japan with Skylines, Toyota Crowns and Nissan Cedrics. We call them Syakotan which means lowrider. I wish I kept pictures! Serach UA-cam with "車シャコタン”
Why is it a problem. The car is on air. If it were on coil overs dragging ass that would be one thing. The car is clean, has no paint flaking and doesn't have parts flying off it. He's built it as well as any VIP car can be built. What's the problem?
Have to respect the body work, continuing the rear wide body flares into the doors and everything, instead of cheaping out and having a cutout in the flare for the stock door.
A straight-piped 1UZ actually sounds pretty damned good.
As long as you stay 2.5" and under they do
@@longrange7175 they sound good regardless if what you do
@@longrange7175 a 3 inch sounds better
For all of you that mock his LS400 he also owns a 400+whp S14 drift car with a built SR20DET, this is just a fun Show Car that is built to hurt feelings. So it appears he has succeeded
Chandler Fultz why would anyone hate on this beauty
Chandler Fultz No one cares.
Martin Allen Seems like 184 people care there bud
Zachary Vasil Just a little bit; wish it would see the light of day more than just for car shows
Chandler Fultz bro bro bro you mean he owns a pussy ricer show car and a drifting isn't a real motorsport race car?????? Lmao..............i fucken hate vaping snapback streetwear wearing hipsters..........
11:28 - USA cops be like: lets look past those lights, the stance, the straight pipes, .... ....but for that window tint we'll have to give you a ticket.
The car is not street legal I would imagine, so he can have any tint on it he wants.
ChaosphereIX It's street legal in Georgia
They're in the south , any car is legal haha
HOW? Those wheels are not street legal anywhere...and I bet the tint is too dark...and he said it is catless. Georgia doesn't require cats on their cars?
ChaosphereIX Georgia does but Alabama doesn’t and that’s where he’s from
Not my thing, but I respect the build, and definitely one of the best One Takes in a loooooonnnnngggg time.
Not my cup of tea, but, its a VIP style, air bagged so its not sitting on its arse forever ruining the drive.. I can't hate. It does look cool in a crazy japanese comic kinda way. A lot of love has gone into this car.
There's nothing "VIP" about this car. It looks cartoonish.
VIP is a theme , when it comes to car scene. Be as negative as you want, its just the way things are. Google 'VIP style japanese'...
have you ever heard of japan
I am going to look into what he used. I've always wanted an adjustable suspension, in car, but that was not on some supercar. I thought Tein or someone made traditional coilovers with motors on them so you could adjust ride height from in the car, but couldn't find much last I looked. This is the first stance car I've ever appreciated
That's a load of shit
This is just another stance car I don't appreciate. Stupid camber? Stretched tires? Pass.
How could you appreciate this one and not any other you've seen..?
I think the owner has a lot to do with it, as well as the sound
I think it's because most stance people are like "You don't get it? moron" instead of actually explaining why it's cool. You can't be passionate about something, and then not do the work to inform people of your hobby.
Grew up in Okinawa Japan. This brings back a lot of memories. Great build.
nelsonsubaru just assuming your pop was a marine
nelsonsubaru and I’m living here now (not military). The scene is still strong :D just not as strong as perhaps 10 or 15 years ago..!
I love how Matt can turn from a serious reviewer into a teenage driver than just got his license. Embrace life to the fullest!!!
1UZ such a underrated motor.
Great build. Snapping neck is what it’s about... as a car enthusiast I appreciate this just as much as a track built car.
why? He made it less of a car. He made the vehicle worse at it's function. It is like taking the wings off a plane for "show." Stupid.
Yeah this shit is aids
So everything you've put on your car improves it function chaos? Lowering a car for a track build improves it's function? Can you carry passengers? Stripping a car to reduce weight, does that improve its function again? Get real. The car is on airbags, is nice and clean with proper paint and clean body work. Get real.
Loool look everyone, We got another parking lot ricer queen builder here
Stick to riding a bicycle kid. I don't build garage queens. But I'm not arrogant enough to trash someone else's work. End of story. People like you are a disease in the community. Don't like it move on.

Brandon Abbott my Instagram is @highskewl_
Ryan Coffel awesome man, just followed ya.
Brandon Abbott
I guess you'd have to be to be cool when you Matt repeatedly referring to your show car as "hysterical" and "hilarious".
>Matt Farah
>In a Lexus LS400
Here come the memes
Is this his million mile Lexus ?
Something tells me he didn't build this car to be a "laugh" lmao but he went with it...
S2kTi what he meant to say was to have fun with and enjoy the car
Haters gon hate
This actually turned out to be one of my favorite episodes! Good call on driving through the racing sceen.
I hate the "VIP" style but this was one of my favourites also! Owner is super cool and Matts appreciation was clear for all to see.
Grizzly PC mine too brother! I really enjoy it.
Mine too
Don't hate something just because you didn't like some of them. I will admit that I am a hypocrite, I first thought VIP cars were super dumb, but I think I get it now, and I love it. If someone values originality over traditional aesthetics, or performance, who am I to say that is the "wrong" way to enjoy a car?
Ill admit, i like the ls400, I like 'race stance' but not a lot of camber. This thing looks sick, i love the color and how slick the fenders look
People will hate but it's a clean build and it's not like he killed a performance car. Took and old boring Lexus and made it a head turner. Good build sir.
garf117 Head turner or head scratcher?
Head turner in a bad way.
BrownCornelius000 both? I mean honestly I appreciate this more than a stance STI or GT-R. Stancing those removes purpose designed function. But with a 170k 90's Lexus? If it was bone stock it's just another car. He made it special.
I can agree with that.
VIP builds are awesome.
I like how Matt kept treating his car as a joke mobile while the owner kept trying to say that it was a serious build
it is cool how the car rises up via the air controls. the rear lights on show mode are also cool. his car, his style. I respect all car guys. thanks for sharing.
Same man idk why people care so fucking much about other peoples shit
Those tails cost him 2200$
This is 1 of the sickest ls400 ever to exsist tastefully done just badass show stopper & different 4 this show!! Fav part is the mocha shifter
I don't like cars like this, but I respect the owner for understanding what he has built, and only using it as a show car.
i dont understand the hate in car culture, the owner built the car for himself and he never said anything other than that the car is bassically a show car
if you dont like it, just click off
Janith De Silva beautifully said, left a dislike and bailing.
I wish america would be open minded like japan, its a great build
Even as a show car, it still looks retarded lmao
imNrti a 16 civic. Im boutta spice up my lifestyle once I become an accountant brah. Might aim for a c6 z06 hnnnnnggggg
I respect this white boys style
This kid has NO style. Horrible taste.
Stop hating just cause it's not your style doesn't mean he has no style
Deon that car is retarded and dangerous... #ShiteStyle.
mech5 fab clearly you didn't watch the video...he said it's strictly a show car
When you eliminate the function of anything you gayed that shit up.
Lifting a truck on 20's or
Slamming Lexus like this etc....
Crazy amount of attention to detail.. super sick!
TheHK2127 lmfao
Yeah you mean the pneumatic suspension that needs to be manually adjusted? Lots of attention to detail...
hes on bags, the air of the system is adjusted by itself since he as a really good management.
I love how as soon as Matt gets behind the wheel he gets it and allows the scumbag-ness to flow through him! Amazing.
James Adams you can tell he’s a monster at 3:03
VIP style executed really well. Lot of people in the comments not getting the Japanese VIP scene it seems.
I don't get it at all. You are right. It is stupid. Just because you can do something to a car, doesn't mean you should.
yeah people like to insult things they dont understand... its a defense mechanism i guess
What is there to not understand? It looks like utter shit.
No point these people are just dumb. The guy built it right. Its on air struts and he's not riding static damaging the car. Everyone's got an opinion.
Member of a gang well obviously you cant even grasp the fact that some people like things you dont so there is no point in arguing
'The brothers are definitely about this' 😳😂
the brothers are definitely about it LMAO
Jimmy Jay scrolled down to see if anybody else caught that
I caught that, too, but for me it was more of an eye roller than a LMAO moment.
Equal parts lol and cringe
weird because the brothers are into 32 inch rims n donks n shit
😂
Hahaha, this looked so entertaining. Can't be more of a boss rolling thru the race paddock, then dropping the frame on the ground in front of the signature sponsored coffee lol
Doesn't take it too seriously what a fucking legend, not something i'd do but fuck it's a mad laugh big thumbs up
The car rides fucking smooth it's not meant for anything other than looking cool and having a relaxing comfortable ride.
2:40 ah yes, going down can be quite satisfying
That's what she said!
He practices on his gear knob
I swear the amount of closet humor in these vid is atleast 30% gay viewers.
"Can i say cocaine white interior on camera?" Yes you can ;D
Not enough camber
The Revenant I agree not enough stance nation
I know right? Should have manned up and rode on the inner metal lip to really "drive the style home".
wait...See what I did there?
Cornering ability. All y’all wish you could corner like this
If somebody kept calling my car hilarious I’d tell him to pull over and get out
Couldn’t agree more. Hilarious is not a good word to describe his dope ass car
I do not like super crazy cambered cars as a general rule, but I think V.I.P builds are super interesting.
Finally! I've been waiting for this car!
I'm not into stanced cars, generally I think they look gawky but I'd be goddamned this VIP LS400 put a smile on my face.
This is actually pretty tasteful for what it is. At least it isn't pink with bozuzoku pipes. The wing is dope.
Not my style or type of car but i don't hate the guy for it. Everyone has a different taste.
I just prefer to only do mods that benefit the car.
What benefits the car is relative to what you personally would use it for, you're so close, and better than 90% of the internet.
I personally like going fast so I probably have the same views, but just bc someone else doesn't doesn't mean it doesn't benefit the car you feel? It's all relative, anyone can like anything and we should all enjoy what we can
Luv the LS 400!!!!
Once you understand that this sort of extreme stance is done for mostly laughs it becomes so much cooler
Rudy Tanelo Ruxy, it's pretty much exactly like choppers. Looks only, taken to the extreme.
Wdym “just for laughs”🧐
3 years ago it was stance, now it’s squat
is this the million mile lexus?
Wagon Attack this is not Matt Farah's million mile Lexus
more like 'Million simultaneous butthurts Lexus'
Yes.
i love how the guy is so excited about this car. good vibes
This LS is totally ballroom Bosozoku. Straight Yakuza in tuxedos. Big up!
Honestly, VIP ismt for everyone and im always super 50/50 on it. Facts the low and slow is nice sometimes
In the *ENTIRE* One Take history, this is going to remain my all time favourite episode, without a doubt !
Great build.. Great owner. 👍
ryan ragan - Lol.. Is he really... what a shame.
I appreciate anyone who takes pride in their machine. VIP, race car, hoop.....doesn't matter. Well executed son and I now want one!
Is this Matt Farah's million mile lexus?
Just watch the video, Matt answers your question.
yes
No it's not, but he has the same generation.
El Duderino good ol RCR
Yes, it is his million mile Lexus!
9:50 his laugh is pure gold right there
TOYOTA MARK ll on the 12:26 mark - also available with 2.5L 1JZGTE I6 Twin turbo!
You know... that engine found in the MK3 Supra.
Delivered only in USA and Hawaii it seems, lucky bastards!
"Respect all builds"... The participation trophy of the car world
I drive a 700hp procharged Camaro and I like this car. All of you haters need to lighten up, y'all couldn't afford it anyways. Those Work wheels are worth more than most of your cars.
so true man
Bryan Gilbert speak for yourself
Pics or it never happened
Bryan Gilbert good point about the price of the wheels.
# stupidasfuck
Ok Bryan Gilbert, I must admit I drive an UNTUNED 2008 HONDA FIT, and yeah, your probably right, those Work wheels are most likely to be worth more than my car (no surprise here!).
My problem with your comment is that I have not so far, found ANY CORRELATION between the fact that these wheels are worth more than my car, and the fact that I don't like the look of the car. I can totally understand this is a SHOW CAR, yet I don't like cars that looks like that (i'm talking about the extreme camber with the wheels).

This guy built his car to enjoy it
Not sure if Matt is taking the piss or not but I think it looks awesome. Love me some VIP. Love the LS400s too
Finally! Been waiting on this video for the longest
By far not my cup of tea... however you have to respect the attention to detail and the kid knows his shit when it comes to that stuff when he was explaining, if its what he likes and enjoys whose to judge him for that? And that was hilarious taking it through the race paddock lol
coming from a guy who tracks his s2000 I absolutely love crazy camber builds. how could someone hate on such a head turning lexus? props
This car for those who dont know in its time was making 20 more horse power than the 1995 cobra and 10 less torque this car was a beast back in 1995
Beto Ortega still is
This was the best one Matt!
Track at your disposal, roads galore to drive it, matt feels most comfortable driving around the paddock. Although that is what cars like this are for
maxxjett films the subtext of the video is: no fucking way I’m driving this thing over 10.
Watching this from Europe, Slovakia to be exact, this Gridlife place seems like a heaven to me.
Definitely turned out to be one of my favourite One Takes.
This is not Matt Farah's million mile lexus
this is THE BEST one take ever!

Cool search, thanks for sharing!
thank you!!
Easily one of the best One Takes ever.
This dude is cool as fuck
7:20 ! So true, used to work at Discount Tire & had coworkers who looked confused when someone would come in with these types of builds.
Pretty sure Matt is high this time out :D
SmashGhost yeah he managed to forget what hydraulic suspension was lol
High on BEELINE COLOMBIAN COFFEE
COLUMBIAN
Great video. One of the best, most chilled One Takes. Love it!
sounds sick, go straightpipe your million mile lexus
Might be my favorite one take ever. That's the way to do it, if you're a show car, take the show to them.
This thing looks amazing. How does it drive lol.
Lmfao
This guy's attitude is the probably the best I've seen regarding a car of that style.
What happens when you look too much at ur cambered stanced jdm car? Your eyes get cambered tooo
Omg lol
Bwahahahaha!
Wack
I much prefer function over form, but this guys personality made me love this. Good on you man!
I hate this car but was smiling the whole video through
9:50 and above is just pure Matt Farah GLEE! I LOVE IT
fuck. yes.
OMG I sat and watched this entire thing! Loved it
Every time he says this car is hilarious "jokingly" he really is just trying to say this car is such a joke in a nicer manner
Fantastic one take. This was truly awesome
This car is for sale on craigslist right now for around $20,000.
😂😂
This car channel has a great car community. Everyone is so nice. Great car. Great owner
What a hoot. Just for fun....not a care in the world. ;-)
I'm surprised by how much I enjoyed this vid, I almost didn't click. Great vid and car, not my thing but I like it.
Replacing tires every week
Tony Tanti except it only drives once every few months
Dude this guys a true enthusiast ,will smoke every thing at the track
Cool Build , Nice guy
This is my favorite One Take ever.
Lol Matt's face when he was described the offset.
I want to peel my eyes with a cheese grater but I cant ignore how much fun Matt is having
I would want to see a one take with that Coca-Cola truck
The old Lexus V8 is a very well made car, it is still refined even with this level of modification...Nice work
This is still a thing?
We're All Thieves always has and always will be
sad
Why is it a problem. The car is on air. If it were on coil overs dragging ass that would be one thing. The car is clean, has no paint flaking and doesn't have parts flying off it. He's built it as well as any VIP car can be built. What's the problem?
had a really good time watching. everyone was having a good time.
Have to respect the body work, continuing the rear wide body flares into the doors and everything, instead of cheaping out and having a cutout in the flare for the stock door.
Wow, this thing was SICK.
Now review Donkmasters 71 caprice ZO6
All I hear is "Hilarious". This is what you call clean! Sick build.
