Typically no when you consider how much computational processing is necessary to produce a quality photo nowadays, which I doubt could be beat by some third party app when compared against a multi billion dollar electronics manufacturer with years in the game. That said, there are some decent gcam ports available that one could test, but from my experience it's not going to offer too drastic of an improvement.
Well, I had Motorla One Vision (still have it in the drawer). Very good picture quality and night photos. Promise of 3 years of updates (Android one program). Now it lags as hell, last update was mid 22, and is not nice to use. Meanwhile my wife's iPhone 11 is still going strong and is a pleasure to use. Got myself iPhone 13Pro and didn't look back. Sorry android and Motorola.
