I just wanted to know if I should use my Scraper to rub these down? I do not see the white backing that is being peeled away? Very confused!

Oh, maybe your wrap stickers are different from those shown in the video? Either way, peel off the backing film slowly, and then attach the patterned side to the cup or other item you want to decorate.
