there are a lot of reasons to choose to remain calm than to start getting angry. For example, getting angry and choosing to stay that way hurts you and makes you appear emotionally unstable and makes people less likely to trust you.
I am amazed how it is working starting few minutes I was feeling like my body is burning specially my upper body and I felt vibration on my shoulders back and under arms in middle I was also feeling like I am choking . I think I need more session

People think that having anger is unjustified but if you don't release it, it can and will control your life. It's Ok to feel it and release it.
This I agree with. Anger can lead to all sorts of problems if not dealt with. Emotional health, stress, depression, etc. :(
I found out that my internalized anger was paralyzing me in my life..this video definitely helped me.
