Wow none of the tension my body carried was mine. It was a lot of mentally debilitating tension. Gone like that. My body now has the clarity to see that I don’t produce that amount of tension and it’s time for I to instill I foundation and boundaries Thank you

I’m not sure why, but after watching just a minute of this video, my entire middle of my back erupted in severe, crippling pain. Is it normal to feel pain during reiki like this? I noticed I feel pain during many of these videos, but nothing as intense as this one.
The energy may be working on a blockage and/or the energy may be too strong for you. Don't use again since the energy was too intense.
I continuously get tension migraines. N they affect my entire right side of my head including the back of my head. And my eyes. Cant do anything today until this is done w . Hopefully this helps. Thank you lourdes

Thankyou very much for your videos.Im having a problem with my health,I keep getting pain and a burning sensation in my lung\chest area and pain through my back with a sickly feeling.for some reason it comes on incredibly strong whenever I go to visit my friend and find I end up having to lie down every time I'm there.I don't understand what's happening to me its quite distressing.please could you give me any insight as to what may be going on.I would be very grateful.
