Thank yo uso much for video! I recieved mine a week ago and i waited for this item to come for almost 4 weeks.... and you know what? The courrier OPENED my box with bag!!!!! thats crazy!!!! Imade a phone call to the official Louis Vuitton department and they literally ignore my message!!! I was still shocked and couldnt believe it!! The company FedEx who delivered this told me that the courrier opened this box because of the paper inside that i should have filled information with BUT it wasnt true because LV never put any important papers inside for deliverers !!! Im happy i have my piece with me but this situation is so DISGUSTING.......i couldn have other options cause i pre-ordered this stuff BUT usually i go to the boutique and have my full LV experience instead i have to deal with this SUPER STRANGE situation!!!!
I'm sorry to hear that. i would feel the same. I ordered three items online they are all sealed. imagine being excited and then found out that your item was being touched that's horrible. don't they use UPS as their official courier? just wondering.
