I hate cleaning but it was worth the effort. Funny- not two hours after I finished, a photographer messaged me asking if they could borrow the studio for an hour on Sunday - guess there was a reason I cleaned 😂

That's part of the deal when buying from China. They don't have a local warehouse with support. They might ship from a local warehouse sometimes to qualify for Amazon Prime. But, everything is prepackaged. I'm not defending the business model though.

Unfortunately, it's pretty normal to be on your own with most of the fly by night companies making little knick nacks . Adorama has good support for godox gear under the flashpoint brand as does chimera lighting for modifiers but everything else I own will go in the trash minute it breaks.
