Is it possible repair a faulty piezo head? These are not easy to get for afforable prices. I recently was able to fix a Skoda 1.6TDI by swapping the head with a used one I bought. THe internal resistace of the faulty one was way off compared to the 3 other injectors so I thought why not give it a try...
Few dealer are selling these heads wich always shows odd marks on the black plastic cap/connector like it has been opened. So my guess is that they can be fixed but I'm curios how.
I'm also not shure how long this will last^^

You fix the air pressure and do measurement of airflow by different voltages. Targetvalues you have take from new or good injectors to compare

So is there a test specificaction for stroke measurement and can this device corrects the stroke ?

This is depend of the gap. Piezo element should have constant voltage-way characteristic. Please check some good injector, than you have the target

@@mondejardieselcalibrationc9831 you make measurement of opening at 50v up to 100v with some steps (e.g. 10V). But first of all you have to be sure, that piezo element is OK (R&C measurement). Lorsque la tension est appliquée à l'élément piézo, celui-ci se dilate mécaniquement et exerce une pression sur la valve. La vanne s'ouvre. Avec Flow Box, vous pouvez voir le volume d'air qui passe par la valve.
Vous devez effectuer plusieurs mesures à différentes tensions et à une pression d'air constante sur un élément piézo nouveau / bon et utiliser le résultat comme "cible" pour les tests futurs.

Likely hols in nuzzle body are partly closed

You have to check over flow (return value). It can be higher. If yes, you can check the holes in nuzzles. Likely the size of this is reduced
